what kind of compression tester? i think yours is off. at that high of compression you would need to be running straight 110 octane to not have problems. if youve put 4 tanks of 93 through it that would lead me to believe your tester is off.

just plain dumb. that stupid stunt got his ass booted from the UFC too. i bet hes regretting that decision. so in one night the UFC drops kimbo and daley. i think it was a premature release for kimbo. even though the guy cant compete at that level, he is a draw and a super nice and respectful guy. i think they shouldve kept him for ufn cards.

mine vibrates at idle. with some throttle the vibration mostly goes away.

i had my 10mm cub for 4 years. in those 4 years i had the crank fail twice. other than that, i never had an issue.

i would go with a 4mm woods ported motor. it will make good power down low and also be able to scream up top. keihin 35mm pwk, upp intakes, v force reeds, NOSS head, rocket pipes, +4 timing, 175 pounds of compression.. my brother had this motor built by FAST here on HQ a few years back. made 80hp.

i say inland is in the wrong. if the guy orders a 4mm spacer, thats what he should get. as for not inspecting it, he couldve just dropped it off at the shop and said port it without looking at it. i understand the need to check parts, but when something as simple as a 4mm plate instead of 2mm plate was supposed to be sent, one might be a little lax on checking. the guy even called them to make sure.

ah i see. you say youre running 200 mains in it? that seems pretty lean considering stock bikes come with 210 dont they? (its been a while since ive even seen a stock carb) your jetting is spot on with the 200 main and 25 pilot? have you done a wide open throttle plug check? without having a complete exhaust you wont need to bump the pilot at all. i would focus on the main at this point in time to make sure its good.

i have run keihin pwk 33, 35 and 39 over the years on 4mm stock cylinder motors, 4mm cubs, 10mm cub and now my 18mm DM and the jetting has always been 45 or 48 pilot and 160 or 162 main.

just curious as to why youre only putting new silencers on it? the gains will be minimal if at all. you should really opt for a whole system.
