    If you're looking for an indestructible override you might as well forget it. The closest thing to one is a duneables override, but even those can break. I suggest doing some transmission mods that will aid in shifting while not compromising your shift forks.

    No. You may be able to screw a small screw into the seal so you can pull it out. Make sure the bike is tipped up or you'll lose your oil.

    I hope you ordered a new bushing since that's what caused the problem. The bushings wear out causing the wobble. That in turn causes the gear to kick the clip off. I've had it happen several times. Replace the bushing.

    Change the jets. It's your job to tune the bike. Install 162 mains and see what happens.

    That main sounds pretty small to me considering the temps. What motor is this? I think you should put 162 in there and try that first.
