Uni foam filters? Anyone have a set of KN you can try? I never cared for the Uni. They hold too much moisture, dirt and dust. I'm betting the elevation and those filters are your problem.

Just get it from Cam then.

It doesn't even make sense to build a 7mm. 10mm crank is the same money and takes the same work to build it. Your builder should have told you that. A 10mm Serval ported by someone that has built many of them is a much better idea. You'll only gain power off idle and you'll also gain power on top. CPI or Sniper will work well with a set of 35mm PWK. Those Smart Carbs are junk. I'd be calling Redline for this motor. Cam has built a ton of these.

You’re going to be disappointed but I don’t think you really want the advice.

Pretty good chance that Raptor is going to eat you for lunch unless you get good traction off the start. You're really giving up a lot with this setup. I'd have it ported and it will make 10-15HP more. I'd run 35mm PWK over Smart Carbs. And I'd run Snipers. That combo should get you in the 115HP range.

I'm guessing 95-100. You're missing out on about 10HP by not porting it. Single or dual carbs?

A 4mm Serval on race gas will make around 100. I'm guessing the 7mm will make 5-10 more. 35PWK and Snipers or Shearers.

Call Redline Racing. Cam has some very hard running Super Cubs. I had a 4mm 77 bore that was very strong. I won a lot of shit with that motor. He can set you up.
