Obviously this will require fine tuning. I believe this should get you close though. The pilots should be right on with you maybe ending up at 30 for both setups. I'd start with those mains and do a WOT plug check to make sure they're close, then work from there.
I agree with J-Madd, this is somewhat of an oddball set up.
It seems you're trying to do two different things with one motor. Chances are, it's only going to do one or the other well.
