My Banshee (optional)

  1. Working on a project bike and need all four wheels and tires. Will pick up if near Kansas City.
  2. Hi guys, I just got my first banshee and the tires are trashed. The dude I bought it from decided to cut the knobbies off of the rear tires and the front tires have no grip either and don't hold air for long. Other than that he took really good care of the bike and I think I got a pretty good deal. I am going to buy new wheels and tires soon and I think I want 10inch rear wheels. I love the look of the slightly bigger rim on an 18 or 20 inch tire, but I have only seen a few pics of a 10 inch rim with knobbies.. Most of the pictures I have seen of 10s have sand paddles. I ride probably about 60/40 trail riding and closed street riding(not drag racing) and my engine internal are stock specs if any of that matters for your suggestions.. But here is the look I'm going for. Idk who's bike this is btw. And here is what my tire situation looks like.. Sorry for the shitty angles these were random pictures I took the day after I bought it. I'll post some better pictures tomorrow night If you can, post some pictures of some 10inch wheels with dirt tires, and if you have em tell me what you think about them.. Thanks guys
  3. Previous owner of my banshee didn't clean it , now there is about 4mm of old greasy mud stuck to the underneath , any ideas how to remove it? I spend 40 minutes with a wire brush today but I can't get in the small groves and tight areas , maybe WD-40 would do the job or powerwashing it. Any advise? Thanks.
  4. I originally built this bike for 4miLdraGShee about a year and a half ago... A lot of the parts were from my old drag bike and I can vouch for their quality. All Stellar and wheelman chassis components except the swinger, not sure who made it but it is damn nice. It was then purchased by a local Michigan racer and setup for dirt drags. I rode the bike Friday and I have to say I was impressed, runs very hard especially for being on gas. Setup for gas, estimated @ 90+hp. 420cc, 71.4mm bore 4mil long rod (crank built by RDZ) WCR micro-polished (pro-dune) tranny (NOT OVERRIDE) 34pj Carbs V-force 2 reeds w/ billet intakes JDS Aqua fuse fullbores with matching clutch/stator covers. JDS front number plate JDS Powder coated frame and wheelie bar... Prismatic dormant orange. M&M ATV stainless hardware throughout +8 chrome swingarm, JJ&A carrier Brand New chain Stellar aluminum drag tank Stellar chromoly steering stem Stellar wheelie bar (not shown in pics, also PC'ed orange and like new) Wheelman a arms(un painted) Marvin shawl shocks all around setup for 20lbs rider spindle mount front wheels and buffs. Kenda klaw rears Shear out of frame pipes Custom VegasJeff "beer can" seat Track ready teather $4500 OBO Located in Southwest Michigan/Michiana/South bend area... I list all of the areas because the seller will drive within reason to meet you. Buy with confidence guys, this bike rips and will make a great dune or track racer for anybody. Keep the stock cylinder racing alive! Thanks for looking, -JD Pic of the wheelie bar on original build.
