Windy hit it right on.. You need a bigger carb. And yes, a bigger motor pulls fuel more efficiently resulting in the smaller main jet. That's why I can run the same size main jet in my 18DM as people do in a 10mm Cub. The other thing that could be causing you some issue is your pipes. Shearers just don't make the same power and torque up the curve like CPI and Sniper do. Unless you're riding that motor around at 10,000 RPM you're not going to see max performance from them.

Who knows really? Unless your ride it/tear it apart you probably won't know. Chances are the guy doesn't know shit and he just thinks something is wrong.

This sounds like a simple adjustment issue to me, but I don't have the bike so I can't say for sure. I am pretty confident this has zero to do with your actual clutch components. I wouldn't put too much thought into the actuator lining up with the case. None of mine do.

This is exactly what I am talking about.. NOTHING specific about where you need to be. Buy a million jets and a million needles!! Fucking stupid. Ditch them and buy regular 35mm PWK and someone can get you nearly spot on with jetting on the first try.

Those carbs are worthless. There are a couple people here that will tell you they're great but won't be able to provide you with any useful info. Your best bet is to get rid of them and buy a set of regular PWK.
