  1. That could be true as well. Bad pivot bearings or a sloppy swingarm sleeve could cause issues. I know that in my case, all my swingarm parts were new, so I narrowed it down to the motor. Once I designed the motor support and had the first one built, it eliminated all my chain problems.
  2. My motor support was designed specifically for the Chariot cover. Get them both and be done with it. It eliminated all my issues. Then get the WP chain and be done with that.
  3. You need UPP intakes. I believe they sit up higher than the ones you have. Yours is hitting really bad.
  4. You will like that motor. I know it runs good but Phil was always such a pussy riding it we never got to see it REALLY run.
  5. There is no way you're making enough power to warrant a 530 setup. We are making 140HP and landing hard off jumps with 520 chains.. You just need the right setup. Call Redline and tell Cam you want the Western Powersports chain that we run. It has a thicker side plate than a regular 520 chain. Run PBI front sprocket and Primary Drive rears. You also need to check and see if you're motor is twisting in the frame. That will also cause chain issues. If so, maybe it's time for a Chariot bearing support and one of my motor supports. Before I discovered the motor twisting in the frame I was running 530 stuff. It's way heavier than 520. Once I figured out the motor problem, I went back to 520 and have had zero issues since.
  6. Cub cylinders don't have a removable flange. You might be out of luck with yours. The DM cylinders have a bolt on flange that can be swapped out.
  7. CP makes the dual o-ring DM flanges.
  8. The dual o-ring flanges on our DMs leak a very minimal amount of oil out of them.. I mean, it's hardly anything and certainly not worth putting any red shit all over. Maybe a set of flanges would help your problem? I'm not sure if you can get dual o-ring flanges for different size motors or only the DMs.
  9. Seriously? Red silicone? That's ghetto as fuck. I guess just fixing the issue with the pipes is out of the question huh?
  10. Fuck no. I just want to prevent them from rusting. I keep the oiled up with WD40, but something more permanent would be nice.
  11. Ah OK. I scrolled through there too quick. Is that shit available at auto parts stores?
  12. How quick will they rust? Any preventatives? I have been spraying the shit out of my LEDs with WD40.
  13. What about the expansion chamber mount?
  14. These pipes are brand new. Mounted once. Bike has never been started with them on. They are 52mm DM flanges with rubber mounting between pipes. They are stator side pipes. They developed a light coat of surface rust in the Missouri humidity. I knocked it off and oiled them but there is a slight discoloration now. Pics are current. $400 shipped in the USA
  15. The standard/long travel a-arms look identical to my Laegers.
  16. At $275 and $400 does anywhere really care where they come from?
  17. The other thing to look at is where the front shocks are adjusted. They have different settings on each side. Make sure they are on the same one.
  18. Notice the truck in the background that had just pulled in. It's so FILTHY. OMG, the clumpy mud!!
  19. Wow, look at all that super clump "mud" sticking to Sprinklerman's tires. And geez, look how "muddy" everyone's feet are in that pic. That sure is some sticky stuff!!
  20. It probably does to your heels. I walked right into my cabin that night numerous times with my riding boots on and there was barely anything on the floor. Clumps? Not hardly. I'm guessing you've never seen real mud.
