    Probably need new needle valves and adjust the floats. This is a 10 minute total process. Anyone with a screw driver and ruler can do it

    Very first thing I would do is check compression. Either buy or rent a compression tester from NAPA or similar auto parts store. It shouldn’t take more than 5-10 kicks to start. What elevation are you at? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
