I'm going to agree with Claude. Literally ANYONE with any sort of mechanical abilities could take apart, rebuild, and put a banshee motor or any 2 stroke motor back together. These are literally the easiest things to work on. Now porting, boring, you're changing things. But anything else, a fricken inbred could do

I've had clear gas tanks on my snowmobiles for over 10 years, 3 different sleds. Not one has ever turned even a hint of yellow. Both pump fuel, race fuel, and all premix.. Maybe aftermarket ones aren't made as good??

I have first hand experience.. They're awesome, and hook super hard. You can get any paddle amount on different carcasses too. I rode them in dirt, sand, and on asphalt to get to the trails They held up very well. The ones in the pictures are Desert Storm, not Terrain Trak

Hhahahahahahahaha. Ok, first problem it's a Trinity motor, second problem is everything else you stated. A 421 should NOT be vibrating that bad, and even if it was you wouldn't be backing plugs out from vibration. You have other problems, send that motor off to another builder and have it redone

You need to look under your bike for spots that look like they could be leaking oil...........

I'm sure, however if you knew who the mods were on here you'd understand them doing any type of work is out of the question.

I thought I was going to build another banshee, but then I realized I'm poor and nobody likes these fucking things anyways. So here this is for sale. 10mil Titan ported 74.50mm bore. It was setup for a 120 rod which has an 18mm wrist pin instead of 16mm like the 115 rod uses. So - Unless you have the rare 120 rod setup I'd say the best thing to do is have them bored and plated to the std 78mm DM. Comes with 74.50 mm pistons/rings, exhaust flanges and reed adapters. $250.00 shipped in the US
