    aftermarket shocks on stock a-arms wont have a big benefit. you'll want a-arms as well. Try and look for a used pair on here. put up a wanted ad, or on the BHQFB group

    You could spend $6k+ on getting every part you need only to have it be worth $4k if you tried to sell it. It's better to find something that isn't a basket case, and change what you want on that. Lotta NICE bikes go for $4k, which you'll easily be spending with the parts you're going to need.
