K&T and Redline both ship motors to the middle east. K&T ships complete RZRs there and ATVs pretty frequently.

The site sponsors on here ship motors to Europe, Middle east, and everywhere in between. They can ship you a whole motor if you'd like without you having to send yours. I can't estimate shipping, but someone like Redline Racing, or K&T Performance could. I think you mean T6 pipes, they're more of a trail pipe type pipe. If you ride on open pavement you could probably get an aggressive dune port and run Shearers or Sniper exhaust. I'd suggest calling, Facebook messaging, e-mailing, or whatever form of communication you'd like to a builder. They'll work with you and your price range

Besides different exhaust, there is nothing you can do. Where are you located? Shipping a motor is very easy and less expensive than you'd think.

I think you should call a builder. Also, you'll likely still be beat unless you get into porting.

Why not ask whoever is going to do your porting if they can supply you cylinders?

Well, judging by the fact you're losing to multiple other bikes, maybe Redline would have been the better choice. Cam is probably the top for building applications like yours. Guys want to drag every so often, but also play. A serval would have probably been a good choice for you, I'm sure he would have recommended that as well. Either way, good luck with whatever you decide.
