LMMFAO You guys crack my shit up! Wound up staying at home yesterday, woke up still piss ass drunk & fell flat on my face when I jumped out of bed...alarm about scared the hell out of me. Was a bad deal....went through about 8 pitchers of beer with my buddy & another friend, then ???shots. Don't remember getting home from the bar, I guess I puked like a mother, but didn't know that I had....was talking to my friend yesterday & said I was feeling like shit and that I'd probably feel better if I would have puked. He started laughing & said I puked alright... So I spent yesterday recouping, still feel half dead & have that god-awful yager taste in my freek'n mouth. But I managed to survive & yes, I had my own clothes on when I woke up....not much to choose from at the bar on a Monday night anyway. My friend got some pics...will get'm posted when she sends them to me.

Pretty durn kewl...I heard about it on the radio the other day, hadn't seen it yet.

Have you checked for leaks in the intake boots? Made sure the carb slides are still in sync? Just a couple things that came to mind...

Mine's been a hell of a lot easier to maintain than my previous K&N clamp-ons, I've never had it pop off the carb or carbs either.

Too bad I had yet to hit puberty when we had it! We actually traded it off for what's now my dune buggy. You may do a google search for some places around you, or see if you can come across any boating forums & I bet you can find what you're looking for.

I hear ya. I've had good results with my works. I know they're not the best but they're still night/day over stock. For the average weekend warrior I'd say they're pleanty of shock. I've only bottomed mine coming down on flat surfaces with about 10' of drop to the ground. I also mainly run dunes, so the sand is forgiving a bit too. I'll definately have me some PEPs or AXIS someday, or even perhaps TCS. Whatever you do, just make sure they set them up for your weight & style and you'll be pimp'n.
