  1. ...put you on your ass! Be careful when clutching & giving it gas in a wheelie until you really get the hang of it. I know what you're talking about & do it some myself, but I don't know I'd recommend that to a newbie. I agree with 909, he pretty much summed up what I was going to say.
  2. I love it. I'm having spam spam spam spam spam spam spam hot dogs and spam spam spam and spam!
  3. I have the new Thor T30's. Got them when I got my dirtbike that's now gone. They're still stiff & need to be broke in. I rode my shee once with them & the plastic melted to my headers. Pissed me off...I need to start wearing them more to break them in & get used to them. They feel good & take away a lot of vibration, great support. And I don't know that they make a specific ATV boot, rather an ATV sole that's more apt to ATV pegs.
  4. Sucks to be you! hehe Nah, it ain't that bad having to quit...gotta do what ya gotta do. Luckely my job doesn't test.
  5. Found on Waynoka's message board.....thought someone here would be interested. Sounds like a pretty good deal. "Posted: Wed Mar 10, 2004 4:44 am Post subject: Banshee Parts for Sale -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a set of FMF Pipes and Silencers off a '98 Banshee. Excellent shape, no dings or dents $200 obo. Will send pics if you want. Email is "[email protected]"
  6. Hey peeps, what's the stock front wheel nut size? Mine are stripped to shit & I need to get some new ones before I mount my sand tires. Don't have my bible on me & I'm going to stop by the hardware store & get some HD nuts. Thanks!
  7. They're not as bad ass those lame ass, invalid "say no to pot" commercials. Those are waaaaayyyy out of line.
  8. He Big Blue....leave off the .orig.jpg at the end of the pic you've got linked...
  9. Give that a shot & see what shee does. I'd leave the pilot stock 1st & try it with just the bigger mains. I'm running 280's in mine & I'm about 300' above sea level.
  10. Leave them out, you won't need them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. My g/f's dad put one in a shee a while back & I am 99% sure he didn't put the stock o-rings back in. With HD clutches, you generally don't need them. Be sure & soak the friction plates in your case oil for about 30min--hr before installing.
  11. So what is the compression? Typically, a head milled .030 will yeild anywhere from 150 on average on up to about 160lbs.
  12. What clutch are you installing?
  13. LMAO...quite fun... Spam spam spam spam. Lovely spam! Wonderful spam! Spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam spa-a-a-a-a-am spam. Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Lovely spam! Spam spam spam spam!
  14. I just saw it. It's no-bullshit, damn near endo'd...but came out clean. Badass! That dude's definately got some balls! to him!
  15. That's what I was going to ask. If you don't get it figured out, look me up down there this weekend & I'll help ya figure it out. I'm pretty sure the plan is on Friday at 12noon we're going to meet up outside the south campground entrance; meet everyone & ride for a while...and again on Saturday, same time for those who can't make it Friday. Gunna be a blast. Hope to see ya there.
  16. I also run the .125 blue labels is the sand. I like to fly at times, no big problems yet. I kinda taco'd a front one time landing wrong...but a rubber mallet & a few beers later shee was good to go, haven't had any problems since.
  17. Yep, I'd start checking cables & connectors...Dunno though. Troubleshooting no-spark issues is no fun, I just went through all of that myself a while back. Keep looking around on it & checking things, you're bound to track down the problem.
  18. Yeah, I just wonder how many idots now are going to think they can just build themself a ramp, buy a new yfz...and start doing backflips. Hope it's a good thing for our sport...
  19. That's unreal! Kick ass! And on a YAMAHA too! Extreme games, here we come!!!! Jon Guetter---props!
  20. I'll believe it when I see it.
  21. Well isn't that sweet. Pretty cool, I'll accept donations also, just FYI...
  22. Haha!
  23. I hear that! Woohoo!!!! But there's always something that has to come up....went out for a smoke a few minutes ago & got to looking at my truck. The drivers side rear tire(less than 30k on them) has a gash in the sidewall right above the bead. Wide & deep. Soo since I don't have the money, nor time to get a new tire ordered & put on, I'm going to squeeze my cheeks and hope I don't have a blow-out. I got a spare, but it sucks getting flats; especially when you're on a mission from God. Pray for me...
  24. True that. I loved the toomey t5's myself. The PC's just suit my riding style, so that's why the t5's are gone & the PC's are still on.
  25. After over 4 years now, mine's doing just fine. Gunna go knock on wood now...
