  1. I know these are super hard to come by but thought I'd give it another shot.
  2. Guess I'll borrow one from work. Yeah beat up stockers is right. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  3. Maybe a pipe wrench? I don't have one though Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  4. I'm trying to change the axle bearings. I have a 1987 shee with some funky axle nuts. I've tried smashing them with a hammer and screw driver but no luck. Is there a special wrench for these nuts? I've looked on ebay but can't find anything.

  8. Pull your wiring harness apart and check for bad connections. My 87 did the same thing. Turned out someone had hacked my harness apart before me and mage butt splices instead of soldering. Coils rarely go bad. You can check for a ohm reading for the pick up coil and stator windings as well

  16. I have pods but I ride around water. My pods are allowing water to make my slides stick. The whole reason I have the air box now. Must be an old pro flow. Oh well. I had to tighten the shit out of it. I wonder if I used some rubber to build out it out for a better fit? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  17. Thanks for clearing that up. I feel better. Thanks man
  18. No i bought the filter new and pro flow used. I wasn't about to spend 100 of the pro flow
  19. Its just that with my fiances ltz 400 and her k&n setup the filter fit snug on the adapter without even having to tighten it. On my banshee when the filter was loose it seemed way too big. Whats up with the stock filter adapter mod? Is the k&n supposed to mount to it?
  20. I used silicone on the the whole pro flow face. Thats what it looks like. It just seemed too big at first. Had to tighten the piss outta it
  21. Its a 3502 k&n. Its tight. Can't pull it off. I'm good to go I guess.
  22. I was concerned because the pro flow adapter was so mush smaller than the filter opening. I had to tighten it a lot to get it to fit. And i'm not entirely sure its fitting perfect.
  23. So i bought a stick air box with pro flow and k&n. I got the box used so it didn't come with the stock filter. The instructions on the k&n say to use the stock filter for the mod. I don't have it. I just tightened the shit outta the filter till it held to the pro flow. It feels tight. What are my options here? Has anyone else done this the same way as me? Will I get air leaks?
