  1. no rattling at all
  2. I know what both screws do. Where do you set your idle adjust screw when adjusting the air adjust screw? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  3. Stock bore 64mm non ported Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  4. Where do you leave the slides when adjusting the air screw? Because you can make it idle with the idle adjust screw as well. I have them bottomed out but screwed in a bit. So the slides must be sitting a bit higher.
  5. yeah and 2 hours wasted already trying to find a gauge that reads that low. Also pvc, fittings, and cement. It all adds up. I'll get a hold of him. thanks
  6. $180 shipped. Came off a 2003 banshee. Had them honed at a machine shop. Does not come with reeds. Text for more pics 778-877-6060 Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  7. I've already got 30 pilots already. Seems to be fairly crisp. Maybe a slight lag. I guess the tell all will be the plugs. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  8. I would rather just buy a tester than go through the hassle of finding everything to make one. Time is money. Anyone have one?
  9. $45 shipped. Will fit stock carbs. Text for more pics if needed 778-877-6060 Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  10. Sorry number is 778-877-6060 Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  11. $60 shipped. Needs to be soldered at connector. Came off a 2003 banshee. Text for more pics if needed 778-877-6060 Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  12. $100 shipped. Came off a 2003 banshee. In good condition. Could use a cleaning. Text for more pics if needed. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  13. Compression is 140 on both cylinders. Cleaned out the carbs again and it seems to have done the trick. One exhaust pipe is smoking slightly more than the other. Both air screws are 1 turn out. Should I be concerned? Spark plugs are brown. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  14. If you have these let me know Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  15. Hey do you by any chance have these j arms still? Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  16. If I jet for the lid off then I'll only run a bit rich with lid on. Can't hurt I'm thinking. Might foul the plugs. Well see how it goes Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  17. I'm going to check compression today. Also build a leak down tester. Take my carbs apart and check everything out a last time. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  18. I'll ride with the lid on. If it's dry I'll take it off. I like the idea of a splash guard. I'll build a drain hole with a piece of tubing so the box doesn't fill with water. Just lucky I didn't learn the hard way and my shee is okay. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  19. Guess I'll ride with the lid on. I'll have an outerwear too. I live on the northern Westcoast and deal with rain daily. I love my banshee so hopefully this helps. Otherwise I'll have to look into getting a 450 4 stroke Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  20. I've rode in the cold through powder snow and have had the same things happen but not as bad. I think the air box will help quite a bit. I don't care about losing some power. I'm sure I won't even notice it. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
  21. Will you take $40 shipped off of eBay?
  22. Looking for a leak down tester for stock carbs. Would be good if it would fit larger carbs too incase I decide to upgrade.
  23. cool story
  24. you crack me up how personal all this gets. Its business bud. Taker easy you'll give yourself a heart attack
