  1. If a crank gets out of phase it's gonna tear some stuff up. Maybe someone else could chime in on that one.

  3. Your issue is in the carbs. You can pull the motor but it will not solve your problems.

  5. Yes. Some cpi's, shearers or even slp's would be a much better pipe for you.
  6. What tricked said. Banshees have a wasted spark system. It should spark with almost no pause time between sparks. It should be a fast spark that is blue.
  7. Swap the slides back around and try that.
  8. That will not work. You should have an arched cut out facing the back of the bike.
  9. The lemon and gas mix is harsh. I even do it outside.
  10. I get the feeling that all was done once and he feels that he couldn't have screwed up. We've seen that too many times.

  12. New or not check and make sure the reeds are not leaving a gap when at rest. Dont be a smart ass I can read.
  13. Don't predetermine your pipes talk to your builder about what pipes compliment their porting. Some pipes will hold porting back.
  14. I always have. I have never taken the chance with rubber in the lemon juice. It's best to do it outside or Mrs. Jesse may kick your ass. If there is no Mrs. Jesse then open a window and go right ahead.
  15. I agree with Willa. 1qt lemon juice to 5qts water. I always boil carbs. The carb dip I use to use before boiling until I learned about the lemon juice.

  18. First off the filters weren't screwing with your throttle response. It was the pilot jet size or adjustment with the change in filters. If you put the lid back on your mix will be richer
  19. Is your crank welded?
  20. I've never dealt with bigger motors like a 535, but aren't the exhaust flanges different sizes?
