    Got my new Cdi and fired up first kick. Rode for fifteen minutes and blew the silencer off the stinger. Grrr

    Try boiling the carbs. They may be perfectly clen but one clogged passage will make it not choke like it should.

    Did you just spray them out with carb cleaner or did you boil them out? I boil them or use an ultrasonic cleaner when I can

    No citric acid like you buy in bulk for canning tomatoes

    I use citric acid and water. It generally has to soak overnight but works wonders.

    I know he has caught some hell lately but when I talked to him on the phone he seems really good. So I am stuck between cam and Jim. I will figure it out when this riding season ends

    I guess I always pull the plates because if I'm gonna be in the clutch I'm gonna mix the fibers to have an idea of what life span is left in the clutches

    On the pressure plate there is 8lbs of torque.
