  1. Just find a set of shearers or be left with trying to sell some t5's or 6's just to buy some shearers. Repeat: get the shearers and be done with it. Oh and get that thing ported and 4 mil stroke it. I went from a stocker to dune port to 421 cub in less than 6 months. Don't throw money at it more than once. Do it right the first time.
  2. I will also confirm that it will need 1 up on pilot. Been there and done that.
  3. Dicklez I want a coil. Text me
  4. Sounds like you took the advice.
  5. Not gonna critique the work because I've seen work that looks like shit run like a champ. Call a site sponsor and see if they will help you with determining the best setup for what u got. You could be giving up a lot of power with the wrong setup.
  6. Them stators already caused a high rpm backfire.
  7. Those are called transfers. The port duration is established by raising and lowering the intake and exhaust ports. Search the forum and I'm 100% positive that you will find exactly how to measure. Best thing to do in my opinion is to ship it to a sponsor who can look it over to make sure you can actually use them with your setup.
  8. Those have been ported but can't tell u how much because you have to measure the durations. There is a knife edge present but that all we can see.
  9. Link doesn't work. Use photobucket
  10. Check hose connection from petcock line to carbs. Verify that you tightened all of the screws on the carb bowl. Check the tangs on the floats and readjust. Pull the needle seat out and check the gasket that seals the seat to the carb body.
  11. 2 hours max on the clutches before crank tool a shit on motor. Will include springs. 75.00 shipped
  12. All I can say is don't run the bike till the bowls are empty. That rev you hear is the bike leaning itself out. Drain the carbs by the drains or leave fuel in them if you ride often. On another note. Disconnect the fuel line from the carbs and turn your petcock off. Place the ends of the lines in ziplock bags and check periodically for fuel in the bags. If there is, then your petcock is bad.
  13. From my understanding 68 is the max. You are at the end of the line with these cylinders. If they are ported, they will have to be redone when you re sleeve due to port durations.
  14. Sounds like a stock length rod and Vito's pistons
  15. 21 is what u want.
  16. 18cc for race fuel. Elevation plays a role as well. Dune port the cylinders and use the 18's on race fuel.
  17. 21 would be my choice.
  18. If you only got 37hp with the install, you have it installed wrong. I got 52 by following the instructions to a t
  19. Have oem as well. I am hesitant about buying a ho stator from him for my lt80.
  20. That's a really good question. I didn't have the tool so I turned the bolt head into a flathead with a file. I replaced them with a pan head Phillips bolt and the threads are 4mm x .70
  21. Email sent
  22. I got a set of pwk28's as well.
  23. Got a tank and cap with petcock. Pm me and offer to include shipping.
  24. Ok gents...I don't recall seeing this in the search. For those who own pwk's and want to do a full rebuild and also like to soak your carbs. When you buy a rebuild kit, it excludes a certain gasket. This gasket is between the jet block and body of the carb. If you like to use brake cleaner and/or soak your carb, this gasket will swell and shrink and possibly create a permanent rich condition. Here is the part number Jet Block Gasket Part #1202-834-2000 Can be found at sudco and is usually on back order. Get em while they got em for 4.25 a piece. Look like Here where it goes There are two tamper proof torx screws that keep the jet block secured. You will need a special torx bit to remove it. Use a little grease on the gasket to keep it adhered to the jet block during install.
  25. Ended up with a 52 pilot 1.5 out on a/s Runs strong. Not sure what solved the problem but I'm glad it's good now.
