  1. I'm locking my doors tonight. Don't want any part if that party.
  2. Try this. Disconnect the actual cable from the slides. Insert the slides back into the carb with the springs and carb caps. This will keep the downward tension on the slides and allow it to idle without an upwards pull on the slides. This will eliminate any throttle cable problem. I just spent 2 weeks tracking down a so called electrical issue when it was a faulty cable.
  3. That is definitely not the way to run a business. I am in no way promoting Wcr. Just clearly stating my business with him.
  4. If I recall, it took over a month to get my transmission from him. I've done 2 deals with him and I got the items but I didn't hold my breath.
  5. Wcr cut my n 1-5 and its great. You have to stay on top of him but he will always communicate with you. Not the guy to use if u need it ASAP.
  6. Wasn't an air leak. It was running fine then took a shit again. i went back thru all the steps and I was at the end of the line with this thing. Brandon at wildcard went out of his way to assist me and even he was stumped. Problem ended up being a kink in the throttle cables. It was right where the 1 split into 2 under the tube thingy. All is good now.
  7. The cheetah will shift with a modified stocker but will have a hard time at higher Rpm's.
  8. I use these. Sleek and out of the way until you need it.
  9. Kevin never cut domes for me. I had a second hand set from m&m then I had wildcard cut me some for the race fuel.
  10. I've changed crank seals, tranny, shift forks on numerous occasions without disturbing the topend. I agree with camatv about the shift forks being a pain in the ass but patience goes a long way. It's really simple and my preferred way of doing the job.
  11. Possum, Please elaborate on that statement. I'm sure Kevin has his dome specs that he sends out to have cut. They might not be exactly the same as what another builder would use but that doesn't mean he knows nothing about domes and compression.
  12. Free bump for a good seller. Good luck with the sale. Oh by the way, that gas can isn't carb approved. I'm telling on you!
  13. Smooth transaction with jdsfel. No complaints!
  14. All piston are capable of breaking. A sloppy bore will guarantee piston failure and cast pistons are gonna give in first. I recall a bad batch of wsm piston last year. They looked fine but the ring landings weren't cut correctly at the factory. Quality control is something of the past.
  15. I did get the pm but I have to get the shipping amount before do anything.
  16. Pending payment on the carbs. Duneman2- I will let you know if he doesn't want them.

  19. I personally don't use them when u can get forged wiseco's for a little more. My experience and knowledge come from my polaris background. The skirts would break and that's never a good thing. Hopefully it's just limited to those and not the banshees.
