  1. i just bought some kenda knarly's for the rears, awsome tire so far. cant beat the price of them either.
  2. if you have a title for the bike you can get it back, but its gonna cost you some money. when the flatbed came to tow my bike away the driver told me to photo copie the title and put it some where on the bike ( i put it under the seat in a zip lock bag) along with your drivers license then he cant take the bike cause you have prof it yours. havent tested that one out yet though hahaha. crystal lake is in lakehurst...they also call it sarco, on rt 70
  3. be carefully of fish and wild life if you hit up the fire trails, got my quad impounded last year. you could try out crystal lake
  4. im about to buy some new rear tires and i can get them in 22x11x9, 21x11x9, or 20x11x9. i ride mostly trails and was gonna go with the 22's or 21's to get some more ride hight. i have 20x11x9's on the bike now. anyone using taller tires? whats the pro's and con's besides getting the bike to sit a little higher?
  5. bike looks nice man! how do you like the ambush tires?
  6. ive read alot of people saying that the mr501s are pretty good, i might give them a try. i still need to get front tires though.
  7. in need of new tires, trying to figure out witch to go with the Razr2's or the Gncc's. i mainly ride trails and climb some hills.
  8. is the parking brake hooked up? sounds like the tors system wont let it rev out.
  9. alrite thanks man, ill take a look
  10. ive been a banshee with these graphics but cant seem to find then anywhere. anyone know where to get them?
  11. going to replace the stock handlebars and levers, im not running the parking brake any more and tors are disconnected, want to clean it up a little bit. any ideas? post some pics if you have them.
  12. I'm from jersey, once I get my bike back together I'm done to ride. I'm in central jersey
  13. i just started putting my bike back togeather and put the over flow bottle on. i know one of the hoses hooks up to the top of the rad just under the cap. where the does the other one go?
  14. when i did the top end i brought the cylinders to a local yamaha dealer to get honed, they asked me to bring the new pistons along so they could match the cylinders to the pistons. would that be good enough? its prob been a lil over a year since i had done the top end and never noticed anything. so i would better off just keeping the stock carb set-up is what your saying. yea i heard that about the pro design cool head so i would use one that uses the stock studs.
  15. thanks for all the info guys. ive been looking around found a possible set up i might try for. +4 timing advance, v-force 3 reeds, 35mm 2 into 1 cv carb kit, pro design cool head, and a mx/hardcore port to finish it off. does this sound like a good set up?
