    I dont know if you should or not, but i have always put three bond completely around the seals to make sure there will not be any leaks because of a rubberseal when mating the cases back together.

    If you can just hone out and the cylinders are stock, Ive got stock pistons and a head and a head gasket(brand new) ill sell you for 60.00

    i dont know why there should be a residue? Unless you would mix rich as hell to leave a residue of oil.

    all pump and race fuels have different colors too them, with that being said when you mix klotz with fuel pending on how clear the fuel is will you see a red tint, it is usually a light shade when mixed at 32:1 not being a prick, but you did put oil in correct? Usually the only time its really noticable is in a clear fuel jug.

    I would have to say not to pressure or vacuum greater than 5 to 7 lbs. You might create more damage
