Im gonna do that next, ive pulled the pistons thinking wrist pin brg bad, but they both look good to me, crank brgs both look good, no play up down whatsoever and crank spins nicely. Im taking the cyls and pistons to my machine shop tomm to check piston to cyl diameter and see is bore is by some chance out of round???? If they check out then I guess im putting cyls back on and running it. But yes i do need to take flywheel off and check key. Thank you

hey everyone, i noticed a type of knocking sound on one of my banshees, its not real loud but if i give a throttle and let off i hear it more on the stator side. I puller cover off and i noticed i can turn the flywheel back and forth in small motions and kinda hear a clanking noise?? anyone/ help greatly appreciated

I figured alky was alky! the only difference was maybe some different names and numbers for people that have to be able to race in certain classes and such. otherwise it is 99.9 % pure with no upperlube.

just got this axle and working on setting up EGT's with our new digitron with readout on it, and new a-arms and possibly an aluminum fuel tank. anyone else run a small aluminum tank that would mount in stock location? and if so, is it a pain in the azz to clean out, what i mean by that is do you clean out after every night since I will be running alcohol? I added the drag bars also, I pulled engine last night and dan at A&S is porting them out and Im getting bigger carbs with fuel pump. I was running no port on a 421 cub to a full port job and a set of 39 mm with pump.

If it was me, I would start over and buy a brand new set of clutches so you know they are new, get a pancake brg and adjuster fill with klotz flexdrive gear oil and go.

Soot, oil the filters with foam filter oil and I would also put a prefilter made by K&N over them or it pending on what you have. I am south of hillsdale in camden, youll have to pm me and tell me how bundy hill was, I havnt been there yet but Im planning on going there to try and drag race if there is any there with my quad.
