    27.5 or even 30 pilots Main jets that your numbers reflect shouldnt be that high if its not ported 270-290 range more than likely

    It wouldnt hurt to check your flywheel out. A dirty flywheel will cause a week spark causing issues simmilar to what your describing. While your there check the pickup gap. Im not saying this is your issue but its an easy check.

    Does it do it after it warms up? Double check your pilot passageway is cleared out. Id also find a leakdown tester.
