i guess i can elaborate some by showing an example of another dyno pull from a yfz450 with full pipe, intake, and power comander. this should be a better curve for mx style right? only has 40hp on my dyno.. up from 32 before the tune. as you can see though the curve got better after adding some fuel. thanks for the h8 post cam. lol

Careful using anything that dries or gets hard because your going to have a problem if it ever comes off the bead it wont reseal

Have you tried bead sealant or liquid tire? My tire guy uses it on all mine and they never leak.

Time cert or heilicoil. question is why did it strip? Was it overheated or over torqued If it was leaking coolant and you have a coolhead maybe it was just an oring gone bad

Sounds like you know what your doing. You dont need a 4mil.. they are over rated
