Seems pretty stock besides a clean up. Looks like exhaust port has been widened a little.. 186* exhaust and 116* transfer. -
With the domes i suppose you shoulda be on race gas. Whats your cranking compression you can run a b8es plug. 280 should be pretty close. Is it not running right?

I have my midrange and idle as lean as possible without causing bog problems when warmed up. It will go 5-6 hrs until i start racing ppl then ill be lucky to get 2-3

clutch arm should slide right out once you pull the actuator rod away from it through the clutch

i would think you would want 1-5 some would use a 1-4 with a manual 5 and 6 1/8 mile is a long ways for only 4 gears

With a 4 bolt hub you can go with a 37 in the rear. I agree with keeping the tires you have. Also extending you swingarm will help from slaming on the bar.. Great times by the way i cant wait to hit the street.
