  1. I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. lol, stunning isn't it?
  2. At least he justified his $10,500 price tag with a very detailed and elaborate description of parts and mods.
  3. How Much for the paul turner high's?
  4. What kind of shocks are your after markets? do you have fronts and rear? I might be interested in trading or something.
  5. Ill take it off your hands if you dont want it? ill just pm you my address and you can send it. Ill figure it out. lol
  6. I run pt mids, trinity 2-1 manifold (there are better 2-1 manifolds out there), 35 pwk, and vforce 3's. I love the bottom end my banshee has. Its not a four stroke (if it was, i wouldnt have it) bottom end, but its good. Porting makes a world of difference.
  7. What is better about this graydon setup? I have the trinity setup with a 35pwk and seem to like it quite well. Cascade makes a 2-1 manifold that is different from trinity's.
  8. depends on how bad the pipes are....If they are a little dinged up, i would run them until you are ready for porting. Then i would get with a site sponsor and talk about your porting and then they could reccomend a pipe for you. If you need new pipes asap, then i would get a set of pipes that will fit your riding style.
  9. We all are lol. Hurry up Jon, my dinner is almost ready.
  10. You wouldn't happen to be hiding a billet basket anywhere that you want sell, would ya? Lol
  11. What did you do to get it idling?
  12. Make sure your carb slides are in correctly.
  13. If im not mistaken, the banshee motor came in two street bike versions, the rz350 and the rd350. As far as i know the only big difference between the two are that the RD is air cooled where as the RZ is water cooled.
  14. because When i built that motor, i wasnt obssessed with this site yet and did not know about custom cut domes. Also, i buy almost everything from cascade and they never mentioned anything about custom domes. even when i put the 17's that are in it now i still didnt know. when i build my next motor (next winter) i will pull out all stops. This winter i want to do a lot of tranny mods.
  15. That was from two seasons ago. i took the motor all the way down to parade rest, inspected and cleaned the shit out of the cases, transmission, everything. shes been running hard (the good kind) since. all is good.
  16. Yea. i was ripping through some tight shit in the dunes with my buddies, all of the sudden while i was in the power, it acted as if it was having a super rich condition by bogging down. my first mistake was that i pullled the clutch in twisted the throttle to get the revs up and dumped the clutch (3rd gear probably) it tried to get back on the pipe and then shut down. smashed the plug on one cyl. what happend was the lower end rod bearings let loose and made there way up to the dance floor and did the waltz all over my shit. I dont know exactly what caused it.
  17. Have you used any other oils as a comparison? Im just curious how biased your statement is. lol. I run bel ray and love it, but i havent ran any other trans oils so i dont know. I just know what works. I may try that amsoil stuff you talk about. I know a vendor.
  18. Thanks for calling me out....lol. I forgot to go take new pics to post. Ill be doing that today after work.
  19. agreed. All I have ever used was gear saver 80w.
  20. sounds like you have some clutch chatter. your right side is your clutch side. my clutch is chattering also. My clutch basket is notched pretty bad so im gonna re do the whole clutch and shifting parts this winter. sounds like you should be looking into a new clutch, basket, etc....
  21. If i were you, i would look for a stock banshee with after market pipes. Pipes can be expensive. Besides that i agree with everyone else. find a stock one that you can modify and learn on your own with a clymers manual and this site.
