  1. I have heard a few local people swear by this company. I was thinking about getting my other cylinders ported by them soon....Until i found Passion racing that is. I havent heard any negative feedback from anyone about superior.
  2. Are your plug wires new? Maybe check your wiring harness for bare/ frayed/ broken wires. Is it the same cylinder that misfires? Is your tors removed?
  3. Good point, I forgot about the klim helmet. My step dad rides snowmobiles and from what I hear from him, those helmets are pretty nice, and light. Fair price to.
  4. 1) Paul Turner Mids/ Cascade Silencers 2) K&N Pod 3) no airbox at all 4) sea level 5) 50 6) 195 7) 60-80 8) mild trinity port 9) Single Keihin PWK 10) 35mm
  5. Holy shit, I thought I was going to piss my pants reading that.
  6. Im sure the one with 41 vents is real. but you might as well just put a plastic bowl over your head. There is no way that a helmet with that many vents is DOT or SNELL approved. Safety is the main concern right?
  7. I have a fox v2 that i am happy with. I used to work at cyclegear and never really found an offroad helmet that vented better than the others that wasnt over 350. I wear a bandanna under my helmet to absorb the sweat instead of stinking up my helmet.
  8. bump for the radiators ^
  9. bump on the timing plate reccommendation. I would throw on a timing plate this round as well. It will crisp up your throttle response.
  10. Someone needs to make a sticky about these "how much hp" threads that are created daily. Like break it down to porting types with an hp range and so on. I know it would be super vague, but that is what everyone else does by guessing how much hp (vague estimates). Or maybe a "how much hp" forum with all the questions and diffrent setups with everyones estimates. Im not ranting, I just think it gets a little silly with all the questions. you figure no port and bolt ons 35-50 hp, porting with bolt ons 40-75 etc. Like larry said, there will always be someone out there that is faster leaving you with wanting more. A vague hp number is nice to have, but does it really matter? Just a thought. Having said that.....I have a Huffy 10 speed with all the bolt ons. What hp do you think i have?
  11. I believe you either, have to have one or block the holes in the boots off. Im pretty sure they make after market boots that are already plugged.
  12. I hope that isnt for real, that just doesnt sound like a smart business decision and Jim seems like a very intelligent person. I bet he is just super busy considering another post-er said he works a different day job. Im hoping to get a passion port in the near future.
  13. Or are you talking about the crossover tube? The aluminum u shaped pipe or the small straight rubber tube?
  14. That tube is 100% necessary. That is the choke tube.
  15. I have put in some hours now, has anyone found the banshee? I have, no joke. There is no doubt that it is a banshee, however it doesnt sound like one. dcalsv02 on xbox 360. im at level 32
  16. I had a feeling that atleast one of the three would be a steal.
  17. Is that a serious question? lol, from the pics it looks like a wavy ass frame.
  18. If my Dune plans fall through that weekend, ill be new blood. Sounds like fun
  19. There is no signature. I am running a two-one 35mm setup as well. Whats your elevation (where you ride the most), jets, needle type and clip setting, air screw, etc.
  20. I came across this on craigslist and thought I would post this because I think these might be a steal...... http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/rvs/2438787717.html
  21. I would change your pilot also, sync the carbs. make sure the slides are in correctly (half moon cut out facing the rear of the bike.) You need to put a choke tube on.
  22. I have a set of t-5 silencers. pm me
  23. I would go with a 27.5 pilot. I dont know if that is problem for sure but it should make your banshee idle better and smooth out the throttle a little. Probably a little lean anyways with the new add on's
  24. The only thing that looks bad on the bike.....is the entire thing. Who would think that was a good idea?
