i had the same problem with my toomey 2:1 air filter. i put exhuast wrap and sprayed with high temp siicon spray only where the filters rubbed. worked great. or cascadeinnovations sells exhaust sleeves for this problem. cost more than the exhuast wrap but looks nicer.

yes the keihins 28 will fit the stock rubbers you might have to stetch it alittle but they will work.

for the huffy i would say on a 10-12hp.

yeah you don't need a street bike motor to do that, well maybe on a 4-stroke you do. lol

09+ yfz don't have rear spindles, its a straight axle design. And if you want the rear to be wider then just buy a longer axle. And if you plan on going on a MX track get a +2 axle seems to work the best for me, do not use wheel spacers either they are junk.

i run the sherdders all around and like them alot, but now adays they seemed to doubled in price.

i don't know all about the laws all i know is i have one for my banshee. and just because someone doesn't have a tittle shouldn't scare you away. just ask a bunch of ?? about the bike and see how it runs, if it is stolen more than likely the person won't know much about it. hell even say you or going to run the numbers on the frame first and see how he reacts. if he is allfor it or he try not to. you can always get a bill of sales for it too.

not really. if you want the TORS to work then yes if not then leave it the way it was. Me personally i would take off the whole TORS and put in idle srcews and new carb caps, it really cleans up the motor.jmo

looks the the piece that goes in a stock thumb thottle housing for the TORS. it sense when the thottle is closed. do you still have the TORS hooked up to the top of your carbs. if so then give it give it some gas and while holding the gas push that botton motor should die. and no you shouldn't need it unless you want the TORS.

it should start in gear, mine does so does my brothers 01 and he bought it brand new from a stealership so i know their are mods done to make it start in gear.

u don't happen to know the number for the bearing or race do you?

only thing i know of is that they make a hub to use a honda sproket on a yamaha axle. which i have one. which is only good if you want to run 39 and small rear sprokets.
