  1. yes their is go to jjandaracing they sell round house tubes but then you have to buy a carrier to use them. round house is the way to go.
  2. yeah well i been drinking. but as far as not reving part thats why i saud that plus it easy and don't cost anything to try.
  3. what type of filter do you run and do they have pre-chargers? maybe even bad plugs?if they have pre-chargers try taking the pre-chargers off and see it makes a difference.
  4. get in your trucks and meet half way. i drove my freind 8hrs one way 16 hrs total so he could buy a rm250. he paid for the gas.
  5. i have asv f3 levers with 6hd springs and an old cable, it pulls with two fingers no problem all day. plus if you do roll your shee they bend backwards(spring loaded) so they don't break (did that a few times) plus three colors to choose from to match your shee as well.
  6. yeah i'm just messing around,in my mind my shee is worth way more than i could ever ask for it.Thats why hopefully i will never have to sell it. When i look at my shee, its like one of my kids,except when its 18 i won't be kicking out the house . Sorry to say but you will never get what you want.
  7. i have one question are you on crack? because your bike doesn't look worth 4700 to me. plus their are plenty and i mean plenty of better lookin banshee around. should be more like 3000 tops. every thing you have done most everybody here has done too or better.
  8. ban99 is right, if you must cut your own make sure to do it like he did. and yes it is great in the trails. And don't be fooled you can still climb hills and dune it if you want too. Plus it makes doing wheelies more easier and controllable.Only down fall is dragg racing,because you can't lauch pinned wide open or you will see the sky then the ground .You have to have more thottle control to win. But i'm not a dragg racer so it doesn't matter to me. By the way ban99 that is a great job i think.
  9. i have it done. you don't cut anything buy a -2 swingarm. makes jumping easy and whoops are even easier. turns alot better to.you will not be dissappointed.
  10. well if all 3 were new and the rear wore out in a day because of a problem, then you could get away with just replaceing the rear, but if you plan on going two teeth up in the rear more than likily the chain will not be long enough. i don't know how long as i have a -2 swing-arm, but what ever chain size you have now just add about 6 more links and cut it to size when you get it.

  12. yeah i have them in +2+1 and they are great thats why i have well had their phone number just in case i needed ball-joints, but i called today to see and that what i came up with.
  13. i got one from the swing-arm shop off ebay -2 though with round house and skid plate mounts color of Powder coat for 275 shipped. after 2yr of abuse and i mean flat landings jumps and whoops , it still looks as good as the day i got it. with no signs of cracks but i don't know about an extended one might have different out comes.

  15. ok i agree that porting it is better and i planed on porting it, but when i got it all togher it runs perfect for ME. i been running it for 2 1/2 yrs now with no problems. but just this yr i got a gsxr1000 and haven't been riding it that much,so that why i'm not porting it. plus i have soo mouch more money in suspesion that when i do meet someone with a ported motor with near stock suspesion they can't keep up UNLESS we are drag raceing. i didn't half ass my motor except for the spacer plate but when i built it i wasn't a member here and the people that i bought the crank from said it would be fine. their isn't any near me to ride except for badlands which is about 1 1/2 hr away. It not like i am saying go that route, jl asked a ? i gave him a answer. know if he was to ask which was better then i would have had a diiferent post. but zilla thinks for some reason i was talking shit. no i was just saying as i said befor their NOT junk. and if you have a problem with sealing two gaskets more than likely you will have the same results with one.but in all reallity it doesn't matter because it my motor my problem if i ever have one. and by the why i don't dragg race i ride more mx and woods and the power is perfect. it not all about your motor as it is about how you ride it, and suspesion plays an even bigger part.
  16. look i didn't get offerend or turn this into a pissing match. i was just saying that spacer plates are not junk like everbody claims and answer the guys ? that was asked. just because you have a fast bike means really nothing if you CAN'T ride wourth of shit anyways. and here i'll end it ,zilla your bike is faster than mine JUST NOT with you riding it.everybody happy now.

  18. you may beat me in a straight line drag racing, But i bet you can't keep up in the whoops or the woods.Plus i never said it was the best, I'm just saying it works. i really didn't want to stroke it but when i went to order a crank all they had in stock was +4 and up.And yes if i had the 115 rods i'm sure it would not run as well but i have the 110 rods, with that being said i don't care how fast your stroked ported banshee is, because if you want to talk about going fast thats what my 05 gsxr1000 is for.i was just saying their not as bad as everybody thinks they are.In fact i think you were at the badland trip that i'm talking about (the first one we went on this yr) and if i recall you couldn't keep up with me in the whoops or woods. If you so badass i'll be their (badlands)this sat come on up.
  19. becuase it adds more bottom end regradless of porting. I know i can get more out of it with porting but same with a stock crank.All you guys that knock the spacer plate have you ever tried one?i went to badlands with a group from here and they had ported motors and were not any faster tghan me.
  20. if you go with biggier front sprocket it will turn the wheels faster but less bottom end. But if you go bigger in the front or smaller in the rear you gonna need the motor to pull it. it all goes hand in hand. or go smaller in the front or bigger in the rear for more bottom end and you have less top speed. it ,amly allowes you to use more gears and it changse the power delivery.
  21. ok to make it go faster all you have to do is push the thing by your right thumb all the way. but for real jetting al depends on what you do to it, any time you mod it or the weather changes from like 80 to 30 it will need to be rejetted or if you ride at different elevation like 600ft above sea level to 1500 ft. sycning the carb is to make sure both carb slides open even and close even togher hard to get it perfect by eyeing, by the tool. checking psi remove the spark plugs and buy a tester. easiest way to make it faster is to change the sprockets. if you want more top end go bigger with the front or smaller with the rear do the oppisite if you want more toque. boring should only really be done if you need it. don't over bore them because you think it gonna make more HP it won't. The first thing i would do is get some +2+1 a-arms and after-market shocks makes it a way better ride. there is ALOT more ALOT but that gonna take your time to search and a get a clymers book best thing you can get to do your own work
  22. i been running a spacer plate for 2yrs now with no problems, as long as you put it togher right it will be fine. and you need two gasket one on top and one on bottom.and if you do decide to port it the "right way" you aslo need either a cool head with storker cut domes or have the factory head cut.
