If your going to keep stock bottom end I'd just port your stock cylinders and head mod. I wouldn't spend the money for a stock stroke serval. A good ported set of cylinders , head mod, timing plate and reeds will get you mid 60's easily. If you want to get a crank and other supporting parts then a serval will far surpass stock cylinders.

I think there may have been issues with them.

I would personally weld the gasket surface. We then fill pockets on deck with epoxy then surface tge deck. If it is over a 10 DM you will need to epoxy bottom case. If done correctly it will last pretty well. I have seen cases where they epoxy the deck. They seem to hold up ok but scares me cleaning gaskets off. Cam

Can Falicon do Yaris cranks?

I've built quite a few of the 10 mm 75 mm small blocks. I'd run stock style cages unless you can get the older v2 cr125 cages. I'd get it without sleeves in it to grind transfer tunnels easier or have lew cut them. I like lew alot but he can be VERY difficult to get parts from sometime. I would do a 521 super cub. Start with a serval to get port timings where you want them. Spend the time on getting pipes setup for your RPM range and it will rip. I did one on gas with 41's and inframe sheares it was little pipey but pulled like crazy. I know with a couple simple changes it would be way better than a twister. You can also get the parts very easily. Cam

I would assume your float bowls are on the wrong carb. To operate the choke it must have the float bowl with a cross drilled choke tube hole. Look at the front if each if your float bowls. One should have a small brass ball pressed in the front if it. This bowl needs to be on your left side or choke side carb.you can look while carbs are on bike. If this is correct your out of luck. Lol

A new DM top end is 2900. Ported and plated cyl Head and custom domes V force and billet intakes Flanges Studs and all hard ware. Pistons. Porting 350 Domes 125 Plating 200 You might save 225.00 at most.

Back off timing to .080".

Don't use haulers you'll want rippers. Make sure tge operator is wearing a helmet with a Go Pro.

I keep my stack in a refrigerated room. My dyno or dyno's are stingy.
