  1. I liked the CW forged cranks. They were a great crank at a great price. But they built them with intentions of them being lower hp builds. Then all the people built high hp cubs, super cubs and DM's these cranks held up ok for awhile. But with detonation, lean conditions and high hp these cranks were broken regularly. I feel most crank problems are related some how to detonation. People don't realize how this effects every part in a two stroke. Usually for a bad outcome if not taken care of. I am not saying billet is bullet proof at all. I have broken billet cranks before.
  2. Any crank can and will break. Most crank issues are from mtr setup. Detonation, lean issues..... Which are caused by incorrect setup or improper tuning. I choose to only sell billet in strokes bigger than plus 4mm. I would make more money selling forged cranks than billet. Most forged cranks need different rods installed to be a safe option I feel. By the time I get crank install good rods , true and weld and install good bearings it's an 800-900 crank. Which I've seen to hold up pretty good. But when you have an issue you can't just buy a mag end or pto end you must buy new crank. With billet I can replace any part on it one at a time. For a 3-400 dollar diff I feel billet is a better option. Not indestructible but deff a better product.
  3. Got one if needed. Pm me if interested.
  4. This was the first super serval I did. I told Ragun Cajun only way i'd do it is if it was if I could take my time and use an unplated cylinder. It took a few months(4-6) to do it. I gave him a break on labor and parts. He was open to my suggestions and never rushed me. I took the cylinder off on the dyno and made changes a couple times with great results. These builds are fun when its new and something different. It is a combo that needs to be built with the correct parts not off BHQ classifieds. Yeah it costs more but the end results were an amazing mtr combo. Thanks Cody for the build.
  5. The Shearer inframe big bores are a great pipe if mtr is setup correctly. We order them special for these Mtrs with a few tweaks.
  6. With race/av gas you will have a little better tq. We did a race gas super it was 120 plus with inframes. The pipes were a little short and lost a little tq. This super serval graph is 190* you could go 192-194 pretty easy on race fuel and keep tq with few more peak hp.
  7. No I'd leave mains. With it being drilled so big it will be really rich in the middle. Prob a 40 something pilot.
  8. If they are drilled to .126 you will need a EGQ needle and a really small pilot.
  9. No it's a wang with a billet sticker kit.
  10. I just checked crank. It's really true within .002". Rods are slightly loose but still useable. It is welded inside and out.
  11. Need a nice set of matching banshee cases. All holes need good threads and crank bearing journals no wear. Let me know. Thanks Cam
  12. I have a set only they are one out each side. They are new and use silencers. I however do not have the silencers. I'd take 450 shipped. Cam
  13. I told you I don't do 350 cubs. Have done prob 2 ever and I'm not the guy to get help from on one. I said I'd get you domes but only if I had your cylinder to mock up. Cam
  14. Glad your happy with it. Thanks for letting me do the work. Cam

  16. So you have no springs on the rail the shift forks ride on? If not so you need to tear mtr apart and install one . It will go between shift fork # 1 and side of case. This is on the rail with 2 forks. Did you buy tranny new or used?
  17. Is it a neutral down or standard neutral override? Did it come with springs for shift fork rail?
