  1. For sale- I have a 14 inch marvin shaw rear shock 200 Obo. Have a set of stator coils, still good, resistance reads in perfect range, two pvl flywheels, both with wear and tear. Have two plates also, one for Mattoon billet cases. And set of coils. 250 for all or willing to part out
  2. I have a cub set up. Jim smarts personal 421. Not really looking to sell but if the offer is good.
  3. What would you do to fix the issue? Run a fuel pump?

  7. Both cylinders and is a 4 mil long rod. Its your semi typical 421 cub.
  8. And my jetting is about the same as other similar setups. Messed with timing and jetting both. Even tried different mixing oil. Frustration from a year that could've been better
  9. Jetting is 170 mains. 52 pilots. Dgh needles. Only thing I really changed this year is pipes and domes. The plugs burnt a light chocolate
  10. Tried that. I tried timing from 75 thousandths all the way up to 110. It actually occurred less with more timing. The motor runs strong and other than the plug issues, guys at the track know my machine when it ran, it hauled ass. Pulled off my fastest time yet at the beginning of the year. And I can only imagine the power it would have if I could figure up what this stupid little issue is.
  11. I'm running c-12 from vp. Timing is at 96 thousandths advanced. I run a pvl. 68 mm cub. Vf4s porting initially done by passion and then re done because it was crap. Port timing is to mat shearer specs. Domes are from hjr. 18cc. About 165-175 on compression and 55 thousandths on my squish clearance. I am not exactly sure of the squish angle nor the percentage it takes up. I run 500ft dirt and by the finish of my second pass......one or both plugs are smashed shut.
