  1. As of right now custom built big bore in-frames pipes that are matched to the specifics of a particular motor like the 10 mil Super Cubs/Servals, Power Valve Cheetahs, DM/DMX Cheetahs, ect are limited to Arlan Lehman's custom built Hand Coned In-Frames, I have a strong feeling there will be other custom built pipe option for those bigger motors in 2015. Tom has also been talking about custom building big bore pipes that are custom tailored to match the big bore CP Mono-Cylinders, port specs, dome specs, and the riding/racing you plan on doing. I have personally seen pictures of a few different pipe set ups that Tom has custom built and they are nothing short of art work, they are absolutely beautiful!
  2. Zilla and Nightmare are right Tom and Ron have been developing on a new set of pipes that I believe will set the SB standard and be the new pipe to beat. The Borrink Brothers have spent hours perfecting the new pipes "R3's", the new design looks a lot like its predecessors but pipe comes on sooner and signs off later. The R3 also offers a lot of upgraded features that no other pipe builder or manufacture offer like billet/polyurethane vibration dampening pipe/silencer hangers, titanium silencer hardware, four spring hangers per pipe, a triple high-temp o-ring flange, dual high-temp o-ring seal collars for the stingers and silencers, stainless steel silencer cores, stainless steel silencer in/out caps, and extremely high quality ceramic packing that will NEVER need to be replaced unless it becomes oil saturated. From what I understand he's also offering a few different silencer sizes and options. At one time he was talking about developing a turbine style spark arrestor that for some of his silencers. I expect the chrome R3's with stingers and a standard 8" silencers to cost about the same as the Sniper Assassin In-Frames ($1,000). IMO Tom's new pipes will be worth every penny! BANSHEEBEEFM2M the Rocket Pipes have a few distinguishing characteristics that makes them easy to identify. The R1's and R2's have no cuts in them, they are made from two stampings welded together in a seam that runs right down the center of each pipe. The Rocket's are also the only pipes I know of that are perfect mirror images of each other from left to right. I attached a picture of my R2's bellow. As you can see the Rocket's are quit-a-bit different looking than the pipes you had posted at the beginning of this thread.
  3. I've never been in the sand, but I've always thought it looked awesome and wanted to do it. Red clay is pretty much all I see here in Kentucky. If we get 4-6" of snow and the ground is frozen underneath I put a old set of Sand Gecko Paddle Tires and pretend. Lol https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtube_gdata_player&v=0ZFwGXZPKW0
  4. It works that way some time. Lol, I wouldn't run my mouth to a kid on a Power Wheels, because as soon as I did I'd get my ass hand to me or my shit would instantly be diminished to a pile of dust!
  5. I don't doubt that a bit Sprinkler, you have put together some impressive machines. I'm going to try like hell though!
  6. I might have a problem, I'm obsessed with making everything all it can possibly be and still be reliable and usable. I even built the 2-Stroke Lawn Boy Push Mower I use to mow around the outside of my Shop! Lol, it's defiantly a conversation piece! I don't have any good pictures of it finished but it looks and sounds wild. I ported the cylinder, put a pipe on it, put Black Widow Reeds on the intake, and put a 26mm Mikuni TM Carb on it I had laying around in my shop.
  7. Thank you. I have put a lot of work into that Mini! This winter I'm putting a Takegwana Magnesium Manual Clutch Cover and direct drive clutch kit on it with a Rekluse Z-Start Auto/Sport Clutch Setup on it. That should make it even stronger and then I can bolt the oil cooler on because the new clutch cover has a external oil pump like the 450's have. Other than that its got everything done you can possibly think of.
  8. There's no doubt there will be a lot bigger motors and faster bikes at the HQ ride than my bike, but I might have a slim chance of being the fastest trail bike at the HQ ride? I don't want to say a whole lot because the motors not even finished yet. My builder is waiting on the custom machined billet rods to arrive at Crank Work's so they can finish my billet crank. Who knows it might end up being a pathetic piece of slow trash, but it won't be for lack of trying.
  9. No, I built that for my Daughter over the winter. The amount of time, thought, money, and work I put into that quad was ridiculous, but I think it turned out nice and its a super fast quad that she can trail ride, drag race, or run mini MX races on and I haven't had the first problem out of it so far.
  10. This is what it looked like when I got it, these pictures might make you appreciate what I built.
  11. I'm not upset, I just don't see the point in talking shit and putting people down over the Internet. I don't do it when I'm face to face with them and I'm not going to do it over the Internet. People that act like that tend to get their ass handed to them and embraced when they pull up to the line. That's why I don't do it.
  12. You can call my Banshee a "unicorn" if you want Windy, it's not the first one I've built. I built my 10yr old daughter a Mini Race Quad from the ground up literally and a used a new ($750) 2012 Tao Tao Sport-Cat ATA-125G Chinese Quad as the build platform and she has crucified every other Mini Quad she has lined up against in the 2014 200ft Youth Dirt Drags! I'm sure you have no clue what your looking but you might want to use your photographic memory to take a shot of the Carburetor that she runs since your familiar with the 450cc 4-Strokes. The stock 107cc engine was built in Pitster-Pro's HO Race Engine Program and it holds the currant cc Displacement Record for the Honda CRF-50/70 E22 Style/Stud Pattern Engines at 164cc. The V2 Roller Race Head has been CNC Ported, it has Oversize Del-West Ti Valves, Aluminum Roller Rockers and the list goes on and on. The Big Bore Stroker Roller E22 Honda Cloned Engine with 4spd case hardened mini MX quad transmission produced 31hp and 19ft/lbs of tq and its setting in a 202lb Gusseted Chromoly Long Travel Frame that has Kawasaki KFX-400 Suspension Geometry. I designed the long travel a-arms, swingarm, and the custom matched/tuned FMF 4.1 Big Bore Exhaust System. The Suspension was designed by me on the same CAD program I designed my Hybrid R Frame on and I helped fabricate most of it. I even wired and wrote the timing curves that are in the 2008+ Honda 400EX Dyna-FS Programmable Digital Ignition that it uses. This baby "Unicorn" has the BEST of everything too! You have know clue what I'm capable of building or putting together. I love to see the looks on the other parents faces when she smokes a $10,000+ Cobra ECX-70 Mini Race Quad on what they think is $750 Shipped 125cc Chinese Youth Sport Quad, and it kills the guys on EX's and stock 450's that she smokes all day long in the 200ft 4-Stroke woods class. Believe it or not this Mini Quad started out as a dream build about a year ago and look at it now!
  13. Windy if you have a photographic memory you should be able to recall me talking about no longer running the KORHS Series. When I did back a few years ago I ran a stock stroke stock cylinder bolt on motor until I cooked it twice in one season, after that I had Jeff at FAST put together a trail ported 392cc Serval with a billet crank and I never had any overheating or motor related issues what so ever after that. I got out of the Hare Scrambles and started doing a lot more recreational trail riding, hill shooting, and drag racing, with my friends and family and to tell you the truth I enjoy that a lot more. So back in the fall I decided to build a bigger motor so I could completely obliterate the 4-Strokes I ride with, not by bike links but by 10's of bike lengths. The bowling ball and trophy truck analogies I used when referring to my 2011 Hybrid MTF/YFZX Suspension in comparison to the previous 2007 FullFlight/YFZ-450SE Suspension that I ran. That was only an analogy I was using to describe the improvement in the way my bike rode and handled between the 07 YFZ-450SE Suspension and the 2011 YFZ-450X Suspension. I know you and your other buddy's that give me shit on here know that but you comb through everything I write trying to find any discrepancy you can find and if your having a hard time you'll just twist my words around, take something out of context, or play off a analogy I used and portray it as fact. Have you ever rode a fast quad and make the remark "that thing flys!"? When you say that are you implying that ATV is actually so fast that it leaves the ground and takes flight? Of course not, the same concept can be used on the analogies I've used like the "trophy truck" in the past. I'm sure you can dig back through my old threads that I posted right after I got my Banshee and find all kinds of descrepencys and things I said that were just flat out wrong. I was new to all this and I didn't know shit. I didn't even know back then that aftermarket cylinders even existed, I even had a Hot Cams sticker on my plastic, but I've absorbed a lot of information over the past five or six years and a lot of what I've learned I've done so by testing stuff and trying different things. As far as I know nobody was born with a abundant amount of knowledge on building ATV's, some of the things I have come up with didn't work but some of did and helped out a lot. I'm not saying everything I run is beneficial for every type of riding and racing, but it is in the woods and on a bike. It's like a belly skid plate on a drag Banshee, it has absolutely NO benefits for a drag Banshee but on a trail Banshee a skid plate is a must if you want to ride for any amount of time without taring something up. I know your smart enough to get what I'm explaining and saying, but you and buddy's like So Cal would rather put your own spin on it, take it out of context, or portray like you miss understood just to bully me and discredit what I saying. I've always been trail riding or XC racing and using my Banshee to do things that Yamaha never designed it to do. In order to do that I had to be creative and come up with ideas that would make my Banshee perform better in the specific terrane I ride in and for the type of competitive racing I was doing with it. I'm constantly looking at the newer 450's and the improvements the manufactures have made in order to give them a edge up on the compition. We are talking about a sport quad that was designed in 80's that only a few minor improvements were made on in its 20 years of production! I've said this a million times but I try to address and resolve every weak link on my Banshee regardless of its significants, because I'm the guy that will be on a ride with 20-30 450's and 700's and have something happen that's almost unheard of and there I'll set messing with it catching all kinds of hell about riding a 2-Stroke. The long travel frame I want and arched ladder swingarm won't happen over night, it might be six months to a year before I have it, but everything else I've made claims about is already in the works and I'm shooting to be tuning and riding by the first week in September. I don't post a lot on here unless I want input or ideas on something that I haven't had experience with and unsure of the best way to go about getting it done. I limit it to that because of all the shit I have to take and endure in order to get what I need. I have one and a half friends on BHQ and that's Zillaguy and Sprinklerman and I'm hated by everyone else!
  14. Windy can you please post up these mind blowing pictures that made the world take notice? I haven't seen them, well probably because I haven't read and memorized every single post and comment that's been posted since 2001 but I'd still like to see them. I'm sure they will be life changing!
  15. I'm getting tired of your mouth Windy, you can go fuck your self! Your just a jealous ass whole that wishes you had half the bike I've got, who the fuck is WindyCityJohn400??? Oh, obviously the jack ass that's obsessed with me and my bike! I've been nothing but respectful to you and you just keep on running your mouth and for what? Because I give a somewhat of a back ground on my topics so the ligament responses I do get can be as accurate as possible based on the information I've given them? Who in hell refers back to a three year old thread to get the information to reply to a thread that's currant? Do you read and memorize every single thing that's posted on the forum? As far as the "wish list" goes you fucking creep I'll go ahead and inform you that I've acclimated everything and gone through with everything but the lt frame right down to the trail tech computer! You shouldn't talk shit about someone you envy, cyber stalk, and obsess over! You and Zilla need to PM each other and talk because your both on the same level.
  16. Thank you for telling me about the RMStator 300W. Why wouldn't you go with it? Chinese Junk? ^^^ I did thank you Windy, you'd know that if you backed off just a little and got off my case. I wasn't aware that somebody else had come up with or built a aftermarket frame that had efficient room behind the radiator to mount a fan the way it would have been done if Yamaha had equipped the Banshee with one from the factory. The combined useful information I got from the members that replied to my thread has helped me get a plan together that will result in a good looking functioning radiator fan that will pull fresh cool air through the radiator automatically if my operating temps exceed what I want them to be. You did add some useful and helpful input on this topic and I do appreciate it, but it was surrounded by useless ass hole remarks and put downs directed towards me and bike.
  17. Thanks Sprinkler, I'm defiantly going to look into the that setup. I can probably get the new OE components and stuff I need off partshark.com. I'm glad you brought that to my attention, I've never paid any attention to the Mojave fan setup. I should be able to by what I need thats used off the Mojave and combine it with what I'm working on and that will result in a factory appearance and operational setup.
  18. I'll be showing up to LS....the pressure is on the haters What?..... Surly your efurring to your self in that statment? Your the master hater himself! So the pressures on you for sure! I replied to Tim Lutz's Steel Clutch Basket Thread and I started thread looking for a Custom Frame/Chassis Builder, and a 300W Stator thread in the past year! So I don't know where you get the "It's the same guy talking the same stuff" bull shit because that's not the case. The bike I'm building might be a slow, ugly, rough riding piece of shit but it won't be for lack of trying or thought. I'm investing a lot of money to build the perfect bike for me and no one else, if you like it fine if you don't go fuck your self! I didn't post two threads in a year for a pat on the back or publicity, I posted them in order to refine what I was working towards and get information on a aftermarket component. Even though I had to endure your smart ass in the dark mouth I was able to in touch with a few helpful and very knowledgable members like Cam and a few others who were able to get me the information and input I needed and ask for. You and Mr Dick Strickland are the haters my friend and the reason I cringe every time I comment or post anything. People like you are the reason forums like this one are cluttered up with usless bull shit and shit talking, and the sad part is it ends up hiding the good useful information that's in the thread that might be useful to another member down the road someday. I have never got on here and bashed people and talked shit about them, their ideas, or quad, I will give them my opinion if they ask for it and if I've had direct experience dealing with the product or issue they are inquiring about I'll share my findings and expectancies with the issue at hand. You won't see any thread or post with me running somebody or their quad down, you and Zilla do enough of that on your own.
  19. I said I was done but I felt like I owed you somewhat of a explanation to your reply and I wanted to show my gratitude for your input and help. I've had a new Ported 535 PV Cheetah in the works now for about a month, my builder is waiting on the custom billet rods to be completed so Crank Works can finish building my Billet Crank. My bill has already approached and since exceeded the $6,000 mark and I've still got a ways to go. I expect the grand total to be somewhere in the $7,500-$8,000 range and I already had a lot of upgrades from my small Serval like my clutch/shift components, straight cut primary gears, full crankcase bearing C-Clips, ect. I would go into more detail but I've been ridiculed for telling to much by Windy Shitty. For somebody that gives to much unneeded information it's funny that several people on here think I'm building a DM Cheetah and the DM wasn't even a consideration for me because I'm building a rider. This build I'm in the middle of is not a dream or unicorn build as Windy has referred to it, it's happening. I posted two threads in the hope that guys like Windy and Zilla would bite their tong and and allow other members like yourself offer up helpful and useful input that would help me improve or fix any unseen issues or problems that I might have over looked and give me suggestions on ideas they had that might help me improve the quad I'm building, but all they are interested in is talking shit and starting a roast for their own intertwinement. I had my builder order me a 200W High Output Stator with DC Conversion Kit for the Banshee and I ordered a Mini 13.6V 4-Cell Ballistic Evo Lithium Battery that has 120 burst cranking amps to go with it that only weighs less than a half pound. I'm hoping I can do some research and figure out a way I can wire the fan up to some type of preset coolant temp sensor that will automatically kick the fan on when it reaches a certin temperature and shut off after it drops bellow it. I haven't looked into it yet but that's my plan. I know I shouldn't have over heating issues with the 535 Cheetah espeshally will all the other cooling mods and upgrades I run but why not go ahead and do it anyway? It will protect my investment and a cooler motor runs more efficiently, produces more power, and last longer so I don't really see any negatives associated with it. I'm having a custom frame built anyway and the extra cost of making a few minor changes to gain a additional 2" and the cost of the fan, HO stator/DC kit, battery, ect will be minimal in comparison to the money I have invested in this new motor. The fan will be good insurance and give me a piece of mind. Windy can call my build a dream build or whatever, it's already in the works and this thread served its purpose, it helped me perfect my idea and gave me a better way to exicute it. All these guys must have some of the baddest of the bad Banshee's to run their mouth and talk all that shit, its going to be a real dick kicker when they get their asses handed to them by a trail bike that I actually ride. I appreciate your help Cam.
  20. I won't mention or post anything else about the frame or anything else, I thought you guys had finally got over the petty shit. I'll figure it out my self. I hadn't considered a DC Conversion wiring is one of my weak points but That will be the rout I take. You guys will never hear me comment on anything negatively unless I've had direct experience dealing with it and I feel like coming up with ways to update the Banshee and make it a stronger, more comfortable, better handling, more efficient machine is a good thing that helps keep the 2-Strokes alive. Thank you for you input and ideas you've helped out a lot.
  21. Okay Windy you win, I'm a dumb ass thats living in a dream world with a piece of shit Banshee. I don't want to do this and I'm not seeking out any admiration from any one. I don't know what would make you think that, not one BHQ member has ever said I had a good idea or complimented my Banshee in any way. Thank you for telling me about the RMStator 300W. Why wouldn't you go with it? Chinese Junk? The reason I wasn't crazy about the battery system was because a charging system of some sort wasn't mentioned. If I can run a HO Stator and setup some sort of charging system I'll buy one of those 50cc lightweight battery's and run a setup like you mentioned bellow. Thank you for your input and helping me improve on my idea.
  22. I was only trying to be thorough and provide everyone with all the information needed to give me good information. If I hadn't stated why I wanted a 300W High Output Stator the first twenty replys would have been "What are you running that could possibly require a 300W Stator?" I guess you prefer the members that don't give the information needed to give them a accurate answer, for example "What size jets should I have in my carbs?" I've only got two active threads on here the custom frame builder thread and the 300W stator thread. So I don't know why your saying I have a bunch of threads posted that are going over and saying the same thing? Yes I mentioned the frame and the motor thats being built to give the members that are trying to help me a little back ground. If you could simply post a link to the 300W Stator I've seen that I can't find now the thread will be finished. I don't know what I've done to you that makes you feel like you need to bust my balls and make fun of me?
  23. Windy you truly are a ass hole, you don't know what I'm capable of building or the connections I have that I can get stuff built through for free. I try not to ask for something that I can buy or easily be obtained. I'm not going on about a dream build, it's happening, and I'm sure you've heard me say this before about a million times because some jack ass prompts me to every time I'm on here but I trail ride this bike. It's not a straight line drag queen. A electric fan would be a great option to have, the cooler you can keep the engines operating temps the better the engine will perform and the longer it will live. Oh, your right engine life, efficacy, and performance don't matter, who in hell cares about that? If you want a 4-Stroke go buy one but don't try to push it on me. Since when did trying to improve something or come up with a new idea become a bad thing? Isn't that the point of a forum, or is it just a place for Windy to talk bull shit for his own amusement? I have a lot more I'd like to say but fuck it, if you don't like me and you don't have anything useful or helpful to add to the topic go take a seat beside Zilla Strickland and keep your mouth shut!
  24. Can you guys tell me the name of the company that offers a 300W High Output Stator for the 95-06 Yamaha Banshee? I looked at new 300W Stator a few years ago and I thought the brand of it was "Lightning Stator" if I remember correctly it was blue and fairly expensive, but now that I looking to buy one I can't find one anywhere! I know what your thinking..... Why do you need a 300W Stator? Well I'm in the middle of building a big trail motor for a recreational rider and racer to play on and right now would be the best time to upgrade while I have it down. I'm also looking into having a custom MX/XC long travel frame built that I designed that has the 2009+ YFZ-450R Frame/Suspension Geonetry. It's also setup and designed to have enough clearance between the back of a aluminum oversize radiator and front of the steering stem to mount a 7" 12V Thin-Line Radiator Fan to aid in keeping operating temps as low as possible. I also want to do a HID Headlight Upgrade and I run a rear tail/brake light. I also thought the full Dynatek-FS Programmable Digital Ignition System I run would benefit from this as well. Any input and help would be very much appreciated.
