  1. Great seller. Paid tuesday evening and got the parts across the country on friday afternoon. Good prices too.
  2. How long have they been using them? Everyone says they hook up great but he wants something to last a while. He pretty much rides slow and barely spins the tires. I havent seen anyone say that they used them for any amount of time other then a ride or two.
  3. Thanks Ill probably get them they seem to have good reveiws and i like the price.
  4. Im looking for tires for my dads raptor just wondering if anyone tried these and how they compare to razors or holeshots.
  5. I had one and i had to ground the wire that connects to the ebrake. As far as I know its the same on all of them.
  6. I used to have the hds on my old quadracer. Would have stuck with them but my banshee came with holeshot xcr's. They are just like the hd with diagonal lugs on the edges. They grip excellent out of the corner. Motosport has some called artrax mxt's that look like they might be all right and about half the price. Im thinking about getting them for my dads raptor. Anyone else try these?
  7. I wouldnt go to big on the rear just for ground clearance and skid plate clearance.
  8. Id get the toyota. I know a guy that used one of those to pull a ol 24 foot camp trailer and he went all over the west coast with it. The fords are ok. I dont know anything about the gmc. Other then the recent media hype toyotas have always had a top notch reputation and it is for a reason. You can go to kbb.com to get an idea on the value in your area. The one thing Im curious of though is if youre worried about towing why get a small truck?
  9. Ive had them for a few months. I think 3 or 4 tanks of gas. They seem alright. I dont believe they add as much horsepower as advertised though. Overal no complaints on the product or service.
  10. They look nice on the pics, but imo suspension is one of those things where you get what you pay for.
  11. I have them because they came on mine. I left them on because I havent been able to get wider arms. I wouldnt recomend them for any other reason and they will probably cause the ball jonts to wear prematurely.
  12. You can get the timing plate for a lot cheaper than 100. I would port it and do a 4 mill crank if the funds are available. That's my future plan.
  13. Ive heard that they will just change on you. I assume from vibration. I haven't used them but i was looking into them also and thats what i found out.
  14. Some guy did that to a raptor and rode it from cali to florida and it was legal all the way. It was in dirtwheels several years ago. He did use car tires all around though. I dont know about where you are though.
  15. I agree except its so much more comfortable to read a magazine and shit then take a computer with you.
  16. So you plan on finishing 11th out of 10?
  17. Nope. Ben trying to get there too but the funds just arent around. Plus i work evening and only get the weekend off every six weeks and ive got two kids and one does jiu jhitsu. Im luck to have time to take a piss most days. The place that I ride is pretty badass though. Everyone rides out there and has for years it never gets old. There is a little sand out there. Theres a track and a hill climb that are sand. Other than that never ridden sand. I am for sure going to Oregon in the next year though.
  18. Always fun taking them out. Ive got a friend that thinks because he beat me before he will now. I don't think he understands what .015 play in the cylinders does to performance. Id love to go to the dunes but I'm a broke ass. I can barely afford to ride 15 miles away. Its all dirt and sage brush in my future.
  19. Anything special going on that weekend?
  20. Sorry silicone on the gasket is fine. I miss understood it. I thought you meant on the crossover tube.
  21. I knew a guy that said he had a bayou that was made street legal here. I never did see it or any kind of proof but he didn't seem to be a liar. Who knows.
  22. I am aware of the difference between a raptor and a banshee. That is why I added it was on a raptor. They are still great tires for that type of riding.
  23. I wouldn't use silicone there. If you do then be careful. Any excess will squish out and you could end up with chunks of silicone in you bottom end. Also sounds like you have a boost bottle. From what Ive read they cause the cracking in the tubes you're talking about and you are better off with the stock crossover tube. The crossover and clamps should be sufficient.
  24. My friend used mudsharks on his raptor in the snow and they worked well.
