  1. I don't have stock cages, that's why I was thinkin chariot reed cage and boysen reeds, and gaskets for $160 seems like a good deal .

  3. Are the chariot reeds as good as the v2s I broke a petal on my v2s and am thinking of getting the chariot settup , they are only $50 more for the cages and reeds and all gaskets, than just the petals for the v2s. Would it be a good move or just get petals for my v2s?

  10. Do a fast racing agressive dune port and 4mil crank, you will like it on trails and dunes, I'm very impessed with mine.

  12. you will have some carbon or oil build up but not much, I would think rich should run cooler. I like the idea of putting the stock rad back in and trying it, because high speed use, over heating tells me the rad isn't doing it's job correctly, I've seen some new rads that in the welding prosese the tubes partialy colapse and will not cool good. but the coolant still looks like it's flowing good. I had this happen on my race car with a very good rad builder,they exchanged it problem solved for me.
  13. my b inlaw uses engine degreaser on his, works good, If the toilet bowl is to harsh, try chrome wheel cleaner it's not as strong. if all else fails wetsand finish with 600 grit and clearcoat, will look better than new.

  17. try napa, the should have some heavyduty black hose 1" id, that they sell by the foot. works good should be like $8 a foot.

  20. mine had the reg too,also came with an adjustable timing plate too. with rm and re building stators now we have 2 other choices rather than just oem.
  21. just put one of the rmstatorinc stators in our 87 shee works great,fts good, lights work awsome.
  22. call Kevin at hjr. he can answer all your questions. he built my 1 to 5 N down duneable, I love it no more missed shifts.
  23. what kind of radiator did you buy? overheating at faster speeds tells me the radiator isn't getting rid of the heat.
