does a coolhead for stock cylinders fit a 68mm cub cyl, with the proper domes? how will a 68mm cub 4mil compare to my fast dune port 4mil? I couldn't find any info on the cyl head.

china has some of the worst steel ever put out, the crap they produce is not cleaned well and has lots of crap in it. I would just keep my stock stuff. why would you want to unload that junk on a fellow BHQer? find some good used ones on here or ebay.

pilot jets plugged, remove them and clean them. make sure the choke ube is betwween the 2 carbs. slides could be in the wrong carbs. -
sounds to me like you need to address the filter problem and buy a new set of petals, I think he is being fair with you,be happy.

stock carbs? if so I would think you'd want #30 pilots, and start around 350 mains and do a plug chop.

on one of our shees we had a simular issue, we found the one wire carroded were it goes in the coil. it even checked out ok for resistance , fixed it now it is fine. the reeds could also be your issue.

there is not supossed to be but some cut a small hole in the cover so they can adjust the clutch without removing the cover. take the screws out and reseal it.

get out the cc and call a site sponsor, tell them this can't ever happen again!!! remember the 700 rappy's are even faster, so go big. 10mil 72mm bore cub, drag ported with all the goodies. should get the job done.

blacklake scramble erea has hills that test your machine and riding ability better than test hill at silverlake. try it some time.

you need to cut the threads off and look for the brown ring. you'll be surprized what you find.

sounds like you and a couple of buds need to do a road trip.

then put 300 jets in and try it again. my shee that had fmf pipes, vitos ss pistons,k&n filter no lid, +4 timing, was running 340 jets.

did you cut the threads off at the gasket area and remove the theaded part and look at the base of the porcalin for a brown ring?
