I run synthetic atf in my trans I have also run 10w30 in mine , kevin @hjr told me to run atf for best results.

Maybe you can get the endcaps for the R2 silencers and use the toomey spark arresters

the detent on the choke is worn out they all do it. I believe fast racing has new choke assy.

did you have the sprocket on and thenut tight? it will still move some.

put the sleeve and the sprocket on, and snug the nut down, it should stop moving back and forth.

the cdi do a google search for banshee wiring schematic. it will help you a lot

just put the nut on the left side, and weld it to the swingarm, then you cans still adjust the chain.

I'll try .018 plug gap. the pickup was at spec, I will check it again though. where can I get plugs without the screw on caps?

They have added a lot of trails and opened some up a bit . And the scramble area is second to none. The bluffs is a perfect campground for atvs with a bar and restaraunt on site

Most paddle tires can only be run in the sand. Sand skates work good We have geckos on our z400s they work ok, and you can ride them every where, trails, gravel roads, gravel pits, they are indistructable, but they are heavy.

As well as you can with the way it runs. Warn up put new plugs in ,start wot 1-6 shut down Change plugs go read plugs .

Swapped the coils to and the other shee still runs great We did plug chops, looks rich. We jetted down until it wouldn't run and the plug chop still looked rich ?

Would both cyls miss if the crank seal on the stator side was bad ? I havnt done a leak down test since this started missing. This all started when it wouldn't start one day, no spark, tested the stator it had an open circuit, found a wire on one of the coils bad. Also replaed the coil.,and wires and plug boots. Desired the harness and installed a new style cdi. Still have the miss.

Thanks, the flywheel doesn't rattle when you shake it . The stator was swapped with another shee and that one still runs great . I'm confused we have tried everthing I can think of .

I have a shee with a playdune port, it has a bad miss on the top end, we have changed al the electronics from a perfect running shee onto it .we have been all over the board with jetting,nothing seems to change it. Could the flywheel magnets be bad? runs great on bottom and mid. Starts good to. Any ideas would be very apreaciated. I'm on my phone so I can't use the search on here.

4mil is the way to go with porting, O love my fast ported 4mil
