on the duneable Kevin told me just to not use serious engine braking. that I could downshift under power. as in matching speed and engine rpm. so far so good.

great write up! one little thing doesn't make much difference, but ten little things do! the guy that does all the little things will be faster and have a more realiable machine.

I had all theese mods, and the stock trans modifided, the thing still did not shift good. I got an HJR 1-5 duneable overide, WoW this trans shifts like butter! full throttle no clutch. not hard to adjust to ride with this trans, just don't down shift to use engine braking.

valvoline synthetic atf, all the gear protechtion you need great for wet clutch. -

do you realize it's the weekend and most of us were out riding, being an a$$ won't get you far. bent shift shaft. not adjusted properly shift forks bent gears broken geta manual and dig in, see what you find.

I always put the closed end toward the front if on the top of the chain.

Matt , Cam , you both have valid points. but you are not competing techs, you both do your own work, with great reveiws. when time comes, I will send my shocks to Matt for upgrades. if a stock trans fit my build, Cam would get my bussiness, but I went with a duneable overide, wich Cam isn't doing at this point. can't we all just get along?

8mm with 1.25 thread pitch. I don't like helicoils much, I use timeserts ,much better permanant fixe. if you use helicoils use thread lock.

I don't know why you couldn't, I'm going to be running a duneable overide trans with a lockup, plan on running in trails.

I had a set bill's pipes that fit the j arm bikes but not the a arm bikes, they are to far forward.

I have a simular setup to you and run 21x9x11 10 paddle haulers and could use a little more, but works decent. I have my foot pegs down 1 back 2 that helps some.
