  1. That is an HS chassis. Its a 4 link rear not a traditional full rigid. It never seemed to work great on sand but Id guess it does well on pavement. IMO it just adds yet another thing to tune and another variable to deal with.
  2. Try Google. Its not a secret where it comes from. But Im guessing when/if you find it you will bitch about the price.
  3. Im not sure if candy is still in the game or not.

  8. This is a legitimate question. Do you know and understand how a traditional kit works, and know what all parts and pieces are needed for a traditional kit to work? The boss stuff is garbage. All the elect shit, the fucked up nozzles, the newer one gotta use 2 bottles, yada yada.

    18dm

I've seen quite a few stock case 18dm's. Years back billet cases were more money than today, and years back the 775 class was HUGE so the weight difference was worth the hassle. These days, probably not so much. Its very possible, and provided you don't have a major failure will last for several years, but the first time something goes fucky they don't have the strength to stay together. IF you are going to go the stock case route be sure to use a builder who does GOOD case work! Titan, Redline, WK would be my suggestions but don't be surprised if they try to sway you to billets. Yes, an 18dm on pavement will live on a billet second. You will have to soften the clutch up for holeshot which makes things far easier on tranny parts. Lastly if your worried about people recognizing the billet cases, spend some time smoothing and rolling the hard edges that are always seen, then sand blast the fuck out of them to loose that smooth gloss. Stock stator and clutch covers on each side and big carb bowls to hide the rest. I've seen 2 done like that and both took a good look too figure out they were billets.
  10. Why would you want that junk boss crap?

  14. carbs are a waste of money. Whoever ports the motor will tell you if the cylds are out of spec and need a bore, or if they will simply just need new pistons. Id tear it all the way down regardless if you are going to put a crank in it or not. If you are going to stay stock stroke with your existing crank you will need to be sure it is trued/welded. If it is not, send it to the builder along with the cylds. IMO save your money on the carbs and have a promod tranny done.
  15. We all know RJD and Specialblend are going to win this!
