  1. here is a couple
  2. Anyone look on ebay all sorts of options out there unless you want that exact one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AC-RACING-COOLER-RACK-six-pack-BANSHEE-350-97-07-yfz350_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem35a5dbc854QQitemZ230415910996QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-YFZ350-350-BANSHEE-DG-6-SIX-PACK-RACK-88-06_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem43960d3de8QQitemZ290280259048QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YAMAHA-BANSHEE-AC-RACING-6-PACK-COOLER-RACK-YFZ-350_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem439db24c2dQQitemZ290408516653QQptZMotorsQ5fATVQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
  3. Jeff at fast has a kit for 85 with outerwares. I have ran mine in snow, snow/slush, mud, and soupy mud and never had an issue. Always stayed clean. I will tell you though, it sucks ass everytime you wash your quad. I usually wash mine every time I ride and you have to make sure to seal them with bags real well. Other than that they are great!
  4. You need to buy the pistons first and take them when you get it bored. Not that there is typically issues, but you want to make sure you have the best fit possible and by giving them the pistons.
  5. $400 would sound about right if a shop was doing everything and putting it back together. $165 for the piston kit, about $90 for the bore and another $30 for a top end gasket kit. Just under $300 if you do it yourself. Call Jeff at fast, he can ship the parts to you. Shipping is cheap through him and he will take care of you.
  6. In that case, get a good manual, split the case, and learn how the banshee works. I wouldnt take any chances leaving any metal shavings or bits of metal in the bottom end. Take lots of pics while you break it down so you have something to look at if you get stuck while putting it back together. Local shop can do the Bore.
  7. It is pretty simple to do your self if it did not blow up. Buy the piston kit with seals and take the pistons and heads to a local machine shop to have it bored to the pistons. This is about $90-100 here. Might be different up there. I would check your clearances on the crank as well. Always good to make sure everything is with in spec while you have it apart. These motors a high reving, so everything needs to be in good working order or you will find your self taking the motor apart again. If it did blow up, like bansheeandrider said, you can try to clean the peices out of your bottom end out. I would suggest splitting the cases so you dont take the risk of leaving something in there.
  8. Oh I see. Did you put a gasket or some sort of rubber ring to keep it from leaking?
  9. Who cars if it looks pretty. The round cover that goes on to the main cover will hide the hole if we are thinking the same.
  10. Any chance you can provide me with a pic??
  11. I thought I did but it still lunges forward when I shift sitting still. Are the Clutch plates supposed to have a little bit of slack in them when the clutch isnt pulled. Because that is not the case at the moment.
  12. I was wondering if it is possible or anyone has drilled a one inch hole in the clutch cover so they can adjust the pancake bearing on the fly. I was thinking that the round cover that is mounted on the clutch cover could have some sort of rubber seal to keep the fluid from leaking out. Any ideas?
