  1. I think we have been talking with Jeff at FAST and he seemed interested in a kit for blasters that have the cable rear brake. What you will get: -rear brake mount that will bolt up to your blaster carrier that is welded and notched to fit perfect -a tab that can be clamped onto the frame to hold the actuater resevour -a mounting braket for the actuator -and a tab that will need to be welded onto your existing rear brake lever (which can be done cheap at any local welding shop) Not sure if we are going to include the whole brake assembly yet or not. But we are trying to make a good quality kit to do the conversion. Testing it out at the dunes this weekend and I will let you know how it works. I am sure that they make kits for this, but I am positive we can do it cheaper. Shoot me a PM if you are interested and I will get you some pics and we can work something out. It looks really good, will make a few tweaks on the next one though if we are going to start selling them.
  2. I need the who rear brake set up for a banshee. -caliper -lines -actuator -reservoir also need a set of rear banshee hubs off a 91 or newer bike
  3. not sure on the paint but I would go i with powder. Also, just made a real nice rear brake caliper mount for the blasted that will allow you to bolt up a banshee brake caliper. Let me know if you are interested.
  4. Screw it, Ordered a new clutch. Will see if that fixes the prob, about the only thing left to do.
  5. I tried the ATF-F and it didnt make a damn bit of difference. I am wondering if my clutch plates are warped. The thing still lunges forward when I shift into first with the clutch in and will move forward with the clutch in when I rev it up???? Any thoughts? It is rideable but a huge pain in the ass.
  6. My Banshee will leak this thick Black liquid from my right side exhaust where it connects to the cyl. Any ideas, Exhaust spring went bad so I replaced it and it is still doing it. Does it on the other side a little bit too. Could this be from my exhaust o-ring being bad? I put a new set on about 3 months ago but they where those Magnum ones I got with a cheapo spring kit that didnt work. Wondering if the exhause rattleing around a bit from the spring being bad didnt waist the o-rings that are in there. Any thoughts would be helpful, dune trip next week. Will factory yamaha exhaust o-rings fix this?
  7. What do you recommend from the local auto parts store?
  8. Jolts forward when I have the clutch in and drop it into first. Then if i rev it up with the clutch in while it is in first it will start moving. clutch is within spec, seems like the clutch disks stick together. Thats why I am wondering fluid now????
  9. Great seller, would recommend to anyone.
  10. I left plenty of room and the damn thing creeps forward with the clutch in no matter what I do. Change fluid maybe???? Running Belray 80wt
  11. And if I dont have any sort of seal on there. I have an ALBA Racing cover on it so what should I use to seal it and how do I go about doing it?
  12. I WANNA GO FAST!!!! You know how it goes, if your not first your last. Just put one of those belt driven super charger thingy's on your banshee, bet you could do 120 then.
  13. Cody, I will wait to do this until I see your pic. Thanks
  14. Okay, So I have heard that many people cut a small hole about and inch to two inch's in diameter in the center of the clutch cover so you can adjust the pancake bearing on the fly. If there is no sort of rubber seal that is on the plate that will cover the hole what can I use. Any ideas?
  15. Big group of us from KS with mixed machines, 4 banshees, 3 YFZ's, TRX 250R, ATC 250R, ATC 350R, ATC 450R (home built), 2 Z400's, dirt bike or two, and a few more I am missing will be there the weekend efter Snake hunt.
  16. Wont be able to make the one this weekend.
  17. Little Sahara Oklahoma, little but GOOD. Thought I would throw that out there. I am sure it does not compare to Glamis, Pismo, Little Sahara UT, ect but it is def worth a trip if you are in the area. lots of trails, drag, and decent sized dunes.
  18. I would be down and could prob get a few guys from Manhattan to go. Send me the details in a PM.
  19. There is a big group of us going down that weekend. Only a hand full of banshee's but quite a few other toys. Leaving from Manhattan around 8pm thursday night and riding through Sunday. We will be up in the North camp.
  20. Call Jeff at FAST. He will hook you up with what you need. I did a shift star, sift shaft mod, and ez spring and shifts like a dream. Neutral is still a little tricky to find sometimes if the idle is set too high. Try lowering your idle first and see if it makes a difference.
  21. Yup, unless you have special xray glasses.
  22. I run K&N Pods and have Pro Circuits and Love them, work great for trails and the occasional drag from time to time. Timing plate makes a noticable difference.
