  5. i never used klotz oils but i ran castor 927 and wow you will get addicted to the smell, now i run amsoil dominator because it will not seperate under cold temp like castor oils
  6. itd be sick to put a banshee engine in a yfz frame u get the best of both bikes, killer banshee power and sick handling
  7. i know theres a guy on here using an injector setup on his turbo shee and hes using a megasquirt diy ecu
  8. wow what a dick he prolly paid what 6k brand new and put a few stickers on it and beat the shit out of it hell be lucky to get 3k for it lol
  9. first i would check and make sure the little rubber hose is in place between the choke tubes if that doesnt work screw the airscrews all the way in and see if that helps
  10. ok well you get what you pay for i would personally use a higher quality clutch and i know a few ppl who had the dealer install them on there bikes and most wore out pretty quick
  11. you might want to look into parting it out because youll get more $ but slower and im sure everyone will want something off a complete bike
  12. im a muddy trail rider and i recently chopped the fronts off, its not that bad its mostly your feet and legs that are guna get covered in mud lol but whatever just rinse off when u get home, when the wheels are straaight it goes right past me but when the heels are turned you guna get your legs dirty
  13. i personally dont have any experience with a clutch from fast racing(one of the site sponsers) but i hear there the best, dont use tusk clutches because about a yea later youll need a new one and you have to keep adjusting them from them sweeling from the heat of riding
  14. anywhere between 115-120 maybe 125 anything under 110 psi in kinda low
  15. that looks like when they honed the cylinder a piece of the stone chipped off, what do the pistons look like?
  16. honestly i havent even rode them yet , and ya when i got them they were rusted as F**K so i just sand blasted them and painted them but i wanted something different and the t5 sticks out real nice too lol
  17. sry i cant you give anyadvise on the cool head but i would pick one up from a site sponsor and you cn trust all of them but check out how mine came out first sandblasted them and then hit them with a 60 grit emery wheel then 80 grit and went over them in steel wool then high heat cleared them, black seems too simple and i wanted to have something one of a kind take a look
  18. I used to run castor 927 at 32:1 and it smelled awsome, and ran great but it is expensive but it seperates under cold condition so i switched to amsoil dominator 32:1 but i think im goin 40:1 next batch
  19. so thats what the whole tors is suppose to do rite shut it off for u? jw
  20. its happened to me but i reacted faster than i thought i was going too, first i pulled in the clutch and hit the handelbar kill switch and the scary parts was that it DOES NOT WORK so i had to hit the key off, yes it extremly scary but i was riding in the snow and i guess ice might of froze the cable up, but i was lucky i was on a straight away and not in the trails lol
  21. it is steel but i clear coated everything so i think it should hold up ok or the worst that can happen is it rusts up and i gota paint over it
  22. these where the first things i have evr polished and they didnt come out bad considering they had tons of casting flaws and the pipes where flat black before that but were way to pitted to polish
  23. if the bike is completly stock beside the filter and are u running the lid or snorkel , without the lid i would say start at 290 mains ans stock pilots and see how it runs if your running the lid with no snorkel 280 mains and lid with snorkel 270 , try the stock pilots ans asdjust the air screws you may or may not have to go to 27.5 on the pilots, and of course these are rough ideas to get you a good startin point, maybe someone with the same setup will chime in
  24. the fron feel like they dig way too hard in corners even when im leaned back and those are puresports 21x7x10 i think off an older raptor 660, the rears are razr2s 22inch i dnt know the other dimension , and they dont hook well out of the corners
  25. ^x2^^^^^ dont forget to rejet
