  1. you dont bore stock cylinders for power you bore them to get the bore nice and clean so there are no scratches in the cylinder walls, if you want power port the cylinders
  2. ive been wanted to powder coat my pipes for quite some time now but im not sure what color, everyone has chrome and black can go on anything but i would like to see some pictures of peoples pipes that are colored

  4. hhhhmmmm how big is the hole? i had a gas tank where the hole was tiny and i ran over it with a heat gun and a bondo spreader and it sealed it right up. maybe try a pool liner patch or bike tube patch with non gas soluble epoxy

  6. do the tie rods have anything to do with how far the wheels turn?
  7. UPDATE: the left side does it too but not as bad , the wheel sizes are 10x6 and i cant see anything wrong besides the worn bushings but im not sure if that would cause this
  8. if it gets better with the filter off it means you are too rich, try to back the air screw out a half a turn and see if that helps
  9. ok well i went out to garage and i was sitting on my banshee and i noticed with my handlebars turned all the way to the right the wheel hits the lower arm and there is a mark on the arm so its probably been doin this for a while and i never noticed , the steering stops are not worn out, could worn bushing cause this or worn tie rods? ive heard that the stub axle could be bent. Can someone explain if there is an easy fix for this?? thanks in advance

  12. the plate is under the cover on the left side sitting on the bike, take that off then you need to loosen the nut on the flywheel then buy a flywheel puller , then its behind that ,

  16. i would first check to see if your getting good blue spark to both plugs. Did it run on both cylinders or did you feel like it had no power, also did you do a compression test before you took the head offf? Pictures are key
  17. grab a die grinder, a 6inch cutoff wheel and some safety glasses and your problem is solved, or you could use a chain breaker

  19. hell ya they work grab one and a good bottle of cable lube and lube it up night and day difference and i would recomend to anyone if you have a spare 20 bucks just pick up a spare cable just to have on you next order of parts. Im glad i did

  21. i wouldnt call it bad but its definitly not good i mean i rode a few times with 2 people on my quad and im 230lbs and hes about 170lbs , i would say you suspension is takin a beating lol just dont let him ride it alot
  22. this is how i modified my air box lid, i ride lots of mud and a few small streams so i decided to keep it, grab a dremel or a hot turkey knife and go at it , this also helped dial in my jetting because it sputtered at wot then i did this and bam runs awesome
  23. try to clean the plates with brake cleaner then soak them in oil again overnight and reinstall, does this only happen when the engine is cold or both hot and cold
  24. i would keep looking for a better deal or bring a good compression tester with you , stock bikes usually run 110-125 psi average
  25. i would dump it and use the right ratio and good quality oil, mix up at batch of 32:1 or 40:1 32:1 is 4 oz for every gallon make sure to use good oil tho or your asking for trouble
