i built 2 K&T built 1 one engine was bought on line already built dont know who did 1 i ALWAYS check trueness when i build them,i use alot of lube when building also.... i think its bad fuel being that they all get they fuel from the same place and how it all happened back to back

im beginning to think we have a bad batch of alcohol here......this makes the 5th crank bearing to go out in 2 weeks all these bikes are getting there alky from the same place this is a stock stroke hot rod crank

maybe the GOLD colored TZ is a Chinese brand i guess this thread shows that all bearing will give....some just happen faster than others

got another bearing failure its off of a billet 10mil this time its the max load...stator side bearing also the billet crank carries a different TZ bearing...the inner hole is bigger as is the race is also on the crank

guess that kills the theory that stock gears causes this! think i'll be putting ball bearing in all motors from now on

humm...isn't this suppose to be the best crank bearing to use ??? well this one has about 3hours max run time on it........ cranks still good to go....its a 10mil forged crank anyone know what would cause this....faulty bearing maybe ???

thats what i told the owner...(he got lucky).....and i had a drum already cut on the shelf im surprised that the shift forks didnt have a wear mark anywhere

rider down shifted without pulling clutch while still rolling pretty fast thats what the owner told me tranny is over a year old tranny is still good to go,i put another drum in with the same star and its shifting flawless

BOTH will break...billet is a waste of money....ive even seen a billet CRACK right above the pin....never seen a forged crank do that get the cheap one

well have worked with ALL brand cranks AND ALL have seperate,even had a billet 10mil crack right above the pin now before i ran into all these cranks i to thought that more $$$$ on a crank would mean better crank life......NOT THE CASE !!! OH AND ALL where 10mil cranks!!!!
