  1. i got another new vito's 10mil here that also does not have o-rings on them.....i think vito said not to run them for some reason. only crank i see what them is HOTROD cranks
  2. I have a complete noss kit that came off a 20mil twister...so it should feed anything out there comes with all the hardware, wires, battery, switches, extra hoses, jets and even a noss tool box to keep your extra's in i dont know how much this kit is worth,it came with the bike, but i like my power straight up...MOTOR so this kit must go. also interested in trades...let my know what you got text me anytime for more info or the buy...843-303-0898
  3. Whats the price on your 10mil cranks ?
  4. this crank did not come with the o-rings on the bearing...all the bearings are 10ball bearing except the clutch side one...its a TZ
  5. Well i put the new TDR crank in to check things out and THIS crank is TRUE!! .001 or less BUT!! the center webs are two far apart,i have less than .003 clearance on the stator side! now i tried a different case with the same outcome, then i ttried a 4mill hotrod in the same case and had about .025-30 clearance well then i did some measuring between the to cranks and this is what i got...... pictured also im sending him the crank and the cases this time so he can clearly see what going on!
  6. just get two 4mil spacers and run a spacer plate on top and on bottom of cylinder, and run it like that until you get the aftermarket cylinders..(you'll also have to get the domes cut) thats what im going to do....i heard port timing wont be right but let me see how it runs....it may just be the kind of power i want. some say dont run a spacer plate on a 4mil because it messes up port timing, but ive seen plenty of them that run DAMN GOOD with the plate
  7. there is a guy names joey that use to work for WCR and has gone off on his own cutting trannys, and they are NO good!!! maybe the trouble some have had was when joey was still working for WCR HE sells overrides on e-bay...sold a guy around here 3 different ones...and NONE would shift right.....also one was suppose to have a billet second gear...BUT DOES NOT and would not shift out of 1 into 2,bike had to be launched in 2nd gear just to MAYBE make a good pass.
  8. i cut my first complete override last week, and i used a Wcr 1-5 tranny to copy from, did everything myself except the welding, and it shifts just as good as my micro polished WCR tranny. the hards part of cutting those trannys is getting the DRUM right !! i think when most have tranny trouble its the drum.>>>on override trannys that is
  9. im also running a micro polished tranny from them, almost looked chrome when i got it back, and it only cost me $225,because the tranny was a 1-4/m 5-6 when i sent it in...its now a N-D 1-5 seems to shift really smooth,BUT i have hasd other trannys from them that did not shift so good,i think he's getting better and better!! at these tranny, and will probably soon be the KING at cutting them. it would also be nice if he shipped out the tranny right after he's done...i had some shipping trouble with him.
  10. its more weight,so if i dont need it i would prefer to not run it. so far its been working good with one,its a stockcylinder/stock stroke drag bike with a n-d 1-5 override.
  11. got the new one in....looks alittle different, webs are black, but it still has HOTROD rods......i'll check trueness later
  12. BUT as i said before...how many people have actually checked they cranks before installing. if he sells 20 cranks a year how many of those you think gets checked...really? and i say that too say this...i guess he sent it out thinking it was going to another person that was not going to check it. im wondering now about those vito 10mils that keep coming apart.....wonder how many more cranks are out there thats not trued. i know now that all cranks will be checked that i install.
  13. it was the same when it left and when he got it back. and these are also different cases
  14. well when you think about, how many people would bother to check trueness on a $800+ crank i'd bet not many check it on any aftermarket crank. and that could be why cranks fail and you never really know why....because it was NOT really .001 like most say it is.
  15. yeah...maybe he thought it was okay to run like that.
  16. he got the crank back and said that was the crank he had trouble trueing..(something wrong with the webs i think) so he is going to build a new one it was almost .006 out

    10MIL

yes when i get the crank back. the new crank was not true so it had to be shipped back.
  18. HOW much does he charge to build one side ? i have a new hotrod 4mil that has a bent rod also
  19. i was just checking clearances,if you look closely you can see there not even a tranny in there yet........wont get far without one of those... i think
  20. i called him and he said to send it back, seems like a really nice guy! im glad i bought alot of specialty tools so i can check clearances...i learned along time ago that motors cant just be thrown together when your putting in aftermarket parts.
  21. I put the crank in the cases today just to check the squish and went ahead and check to see how true it was, well its around .005 out i made a video of it but cant upload it so heres a pic of how far out it is this crank is BRANDNEW never ran......can we run it like this or should the owner send it back ? ALSO on the stator side the crank is VERY close to the cases
  22. still $150
  23. $150 shipped for the two black ones
