it shuts off

anyone know what would keep causing the plugs gap to close after making a full pass 1/8mile gap is completely closed after run,and i have to regap it to 18 again plug looks pretty wet too when i pull it out

they bend and break billet and hotrod cranks,so i doubt there doing any better..they just dont tell you!! i have replaced rods,retrued,reweld,and installed over 200 cranks in banshees and even more counting 4strokes and dirt bikes and i have never seen cranks snapp rods like the 29l/r i know all about these engines...big and small maybe you should go take a look in the back of a PROSHOP and see how many damaged cranks are laying around

if you got the vito 4 mil with the chrome rods...you got a good one !! i have seen a crank like that have the piston hit the head and it ripped the cylinder away from the cases,and only put a slight bend in the rod there STRONG !!

i wonder whos making the rods in those blown funny car,nitro,turbo 1000-2000hp motors a 110hp motor should NOT be so unreliable when street bikes make alot more as well as stated above snowmo

lets get that fuel flowing 5 left.....one is low volume,but was used on a 10mil cub for about 8 months with zero problems

i made it clear in the other thread that I nor any of the bikes i have build had your crank in it....i personally dont know of any one around my way that runs a M/M crank I DID repeat WHAT roger at wicked told me....and to be truthful....ONE OF THESE CRANKS THAT BROKE CAME FROM HIM!!!...AND IT COST OVER $700+ AND IF you remember i sent you a crank that had a cracked web to fix,but the owner changed his mind...that crank also came from WICKED!! all the others came from e-bay or someone else i dont want to name ALSO i believe it was you who told me first that the 29lr rods were breaking and that why you didnt or stop using them. I

rust...cranks been setting for a while if you feel its not the cranks,them by all means run them in your bike...just remember most if not all builders /companys WILL NOT show you what i am showing you here....that would be bad for business.

that is just a stupid thing to say...really man! i put that there to let those that want to know why. you can use whatever you like sir and so you and others know the vacuum line on the fuel pump got clogged and thats WHY it leaned out ?

Heres ANOTHER ONE!!!..7mil...even had straight cuts on this one.......last for about 5 passes this one got bent after leaning out,burnt the straps off the plug........im sending this one to crank work for hotrods

the G-115 crank is the first that i have installed but it does look stronger than those 29 l/r...so if these hold up i will be calling you to order more of them. people scream your over reving the bike and all that crap and thats why they break,well i thing MOST people who ride these bikes over rev them a time or too....i seen one break at idle...had a guy bent one from a little kick back while starting the bike!! i think it CLEAR the 29 L/R RODS are JUNK period!!!!

do you or have you ever sold those cranks with the 29 L/R ROD on it ?

these are customers cranks...i use a billet crank the crank with the G-115 came from vito...and thats the last one there are going to sell......atleast thats what they said !

thats why i use 18" front sprocket go's up to 20-front..33-rear so you got plenty room with sprocket change

BRAND new 29 rod crank bent rod after a little kick back while starting the bike...who ever is making these banana rods needs to be sued! this was a 160psi....055 squish motor! just got in a new crank with a rod i have never seen G-115...anyone know anything about these ? NEW ROD
