the vito 4mils are some strong cranks...its the 10mil that people was having trouble with .

guy from wicked said thats a chinese knockoff rod of his design either way i will not install another one in someones bike until i show them the damage they can cause...then its up to them

called vito and they said they will NO LONGER be selling 10mil cranks because of all the problems with them. so i think all you can get from them now is 4mil's

crankworks will install a hotrods rod on these cranks for $375 for anyone interested

trust me...the rods on these cranks are no good!!!!! these rods break for no reason.......one snapped while idling!!! and the bearing on it did not seize up either i have a brandnew one here i'LL trade you for your used billet,if you think there no better

how can you learn from this when companys are selling these cranks and saying its (THERE) cranks made by them?

heres a 7mil and 10mil that snapped....and the bent rod is off of a 4mil

i have 3 more sitting here with either a bent rod or its snapped.....all happened when the motor was at low rpms bent one a few days ago when the motor back fired i was told these (builders)/(companys)..i know of 3 that sells them) are buying these cranks for $150 and reselling them for $400-$700 based on WHO you buy them from. IMO if you get one with 29L/R on the rod SEND IT BACK!!!!....and if you already have it in your motor take it out and send it to crankworks an have them install the grey HOTROD rods on it.

if you guys have a 4/7/10mil with 29l/r on the rod...LOOK OUT!!! one of these broke while it was idling

this was a brandnew cylinder,piston,head,crank the rod that looks like its still good is also bent...so it bent one and snapped the other

i had 5 of those cranks with 29 l/r on the rod either break or bent in a two month period NONE of them had more than 5passes on them all came from the same place

i seen some of this stuff in the parts store,but wasnt sure it would work guess i will try that and some stronger springs oh and i only feel it when i launch really hard in first gear

yes its asphalt only and it did feel like the chain was jumping on the sprocket how do i fix this ? tired of breaking good clutches

Clutchs keep breaking.....only the ones closest to the motor,the ones close to pressure plate does not do this....has happen with 3 different type of clutches billet basket...steel plates still look new
