    Best place to start. Clean carbs again, and not just a quick douche with spray, take them completely apart.

    That's where I got the engine done. I've known Mike for 10+ years. Precise enough that cyls and pistons were marked A & B. Must have been hair difference in piston size. He's local to me.

    I would check external shift mechinisium under clutch cover first. Could have bent shift shaft, jacked the pawl, follower, star. Worst case might have bent shift fork, Most Banshees aren't known for finding neutral easy.

    Clean any rust off stator poles, inside of flywheel, and timing nubs on outside. Set pick-up gap. That's what I did to cure one side miss.

    Modify stock timing plate=free. Gets about +4 advance

    Make sure you have the rubber gaskets under the carb caps

    Try Carb Parts Warehouse or Sudco. Might also check the float needle, IIRC sleds are different due to fuel pump

    If it passes a leakdown start with the 300 with the weather around here. The blue needle is a Vito's , some don't like them, works fine in my son's with Fat Bastard pipe.
