  1. Clean carbs, set float level, sync carbs, set idle, air screws out 1 1/2 turns.
  2. Probably won't work if phillips is stripped. Cut slot with dremal and use straight slot. Use small cold chisel and make slot. Use small cold chisel, make notch in head of screw (halfway to "edge") walk screw out with chisel cononsider heating case in area of threads.
  3. Do the math, what do YOU come up with? So easy even this caveman has the answer.
  4. And because of this, I bet you aren't flooded with cheap Chinese crap like U.S. is.
  5. Shipping isn't the deal breaker, it's the import duties some countries charge, even on your own shit coming home.
  6. Is 60 over the next size? Never bore more than what is needed to clean up
  7. It does it wether hot or cold? While warming up try pulling/release clutch several times (plates sticking) Or you just have a grooved basket
  8. Float bowls on wrong carb, one with "BB" on front goes on left carb. Have you set air screws?
  9. Or, try your hand at "Home Porting"
  10. They have this neat thing called INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  11. Research "plug chop" or 2s "plug reading"
  12. First shock you listed was for a mini, second doesn't list banshee. Considered getting stock rear revalved/resprung? Why are you opposed to resis?
  13. No one has mentioned the O-ring on the outside of the float needle seat. Don't waste money on rebuild kit, as they come with stock jets, and if you have any mods at all, the jetting will be wrong. Just get seat, needle, o-ring, maybe gasket. Carb Parts Warehouse or Sudco, Yammy Stealership Unless your choke really bothers you, don't bother replacing, it's 35$
  14. You're going to hurt yourself trying to over think a simple design.
  15. X-2 ^^^ Rebuild kits come with STOCK jets. Even with few mods you have they should be larger. Compare the numbers on the jets. Also, as the weather gets colder you have to increase jetting.
  16. Clymer's Repair Manual, box of clues if in budget
  17. JMHO, but this sounds sketchy. A degree wheel, an eyeball, and bit of experience, and said builder should be able to tell you what it's set for. Post what the timing/durations are. Did this "porting" run decent before the 4mil and spacer plate? Do pistons sit about flush with cylinder at TDC?
  18. how about chain tightening? Was Windy's job, but he's MIA. Someone should step up Maybe one on chicken choking?
  19. any pics, even your sis
  20. Vito's dual stage here, 2+ years on them
  21. Bunch of heartless bastards!! Don't you care about your fellow man?? Don't you want to raise up healthy Muslims/assholes so they can fly planes into buildings and fuckup our way of life? Shouldn't have baned him, responses were just getting good. If 99.999% actually went to help, it wouldn't be bad. Head of United Way makes 6+ figure pay,
  22. Don't know how I missed that one? Maybe his spelling?
  23. have you leak tested it? How long does it have to sit before it will go full throtle again?
