Not for me, located So Call. Person is willing to pay shipping.
Were it me I would only change one thing at a time. I'd leave the pilot for now, if you look at the thread "What Jets are you running" you'll see almost EVERY setup uses a 27.5 minimum. I'd richen the needle one notch and try that. If no go, go back to original setting and try enrichening the air screws.
"Fine" tuning can be a real head scratcher because ALL setups are different even if identical, and no one can tell you unless they were right there.
I'd try a set if cheap enough on CL, just cause. Without knowing what port timing each pipe was made for it's still a crap shoot as to which would pull the most on any one particular setup.
When you consider that the youngest it be is 10 yrs old, shit breaks, wears out, rubber deteiorates. Besides doing leak down before AND after, replace BOTH sides. Don't buy cheap seals.
Bluing is also known as lay out dye. Don't know if that will help much. Guess he means for even coat? Shit is so thin and dries so fast.
You're looking for a even color on the shaft, that tells you have a uniform surface.
Factory owners manual actually calls for 20:1 break in, 24:1 after. I run 28:1 no problems.
What plug are you running?
Spark should be fat blue not lazy yellow. Do a plug chop.
If you've never taken a 2s apart, you have no idea how much residual oil is in the bottom of the case.
It's starting fluid, not fuel. With evaporation rate you're lucky to get a couple of strokes out of a snort.
Who really gives a flying fuck? If you can't see the original post date and pass over it, grow a pair. Better yet, as Betty White said "Grow a vajina, those things can take a real pounding"
Well, mix oil would be clean. Where is your vent line ran?
Easy test, clean engine well, go for short ride, stand it on it's ass, throw flour, talcum, or baby powder on it. Powder will stick to any oil.
I wonder if this is my son's problem. He put a spacer up at the perch. Never had any problem with the clutch that I know of.
Quad's not here so I can't say about the arrows.
